"Relationship" is the most common concept in people’s daily life.Each independent "relationship" has rich cultural connotations behind it.The establishment of the resettlement community built in the era of targeted poverty alleviation and the community factory emerging therein,as a new pattern and new model in the characteristic rural industry,is of great significance for promoting the sustainable livelihood development of the follow-up resettlement community and residents.The dual impetus of capital going to the countryside and administrative intervention also provided employment opportunities for women groups in community residents,and contributed to the emergence of female-based community factories in the type of community factories.Under the background of social transformation,the community factory,as a kind of external production,has entered the relocation community of poverty alleviation in the relocation area.Its internal management practice and relationship operation have aroused the author’s interest and concern.As a complex social phenomenon,relationship operation reflects the expression and deepening of different relationships in a process and culture.Based on the theory and perspective of typology,this paper takes C Factory in D Community as a case,uses qualitative research methods,and on the basis of analyzing the specific type of main body of community women workers,extracts three types of relationships: contractual relationship,human relationship and mixed relationship,and expounds the operation scenario,operation logic and role of the three types of relationships in C Factory,and understands the management of relationships for women community factories The impact of community construction.The research found that,firstly,the generation logic of contractual relationship,human relationship and mixed relationship is different from the operation scenario.The operation scenario of contractual relationship is mainly reflected in product quality,factory efficiency,female workers’ task volume and rules and regulations;The operation scenario of human relations is mainly reflected in the daily production management,the emotional exchange of female workers,the risk avoidance of female workers for themselves,the construction of a community of interests and other events;The operation scenario of mixed relationship is mainly reflected in such events as women workers’ use of human relations as a hub to deal with mandatory contracts,the use of work-friend relations established in the formal field,and the adjustment of conflicts between labor and capital relations.Second,the relationship prevailing in the community factory represented by Factory C is a special hybrid relationship,which takes into account the inherent geographical,industrial,blood relationship,labor market discipline,human relationship and contractual relationship.The reason why a single contractual relationship or human relationship cannot be applied within the community factory is that under the background of social transformation,the relocation and resettlement community of poverty relief in the relocation area has not achieved complete modernization,and the external forces represented by the community factory have disintegrated the original relationship in the village,An inevitable special transitional form derived from it needs to be dominated by a mixed relationship of contractual relationship and human relationship.The positive and negative results brought by the contractual relationship and human relationship not only gave birth to the unique management mode in the factory,but also provided the basis for the formation logic of the mixed relationship to learn from each other’s strong points and make up for the weak points.Of course,the emergence and application of mixed relationship are also affected by macro,meso and micro factors.Third,unlike modern factories,the operation of mixed relationships within community factories has a positive and positive effect on factory management.The humanized management color responds to the strict management and discipline in modern factories such as Foxconn Group.The new special carrier platform conforms to the practical needs of the social transformation period,and promotes and assists the subsequent rural revitalization.In a word,this paper analyzes the work practice and key events of Factory C in Community D,the action strategies of women workers and managers,shows the process and operation scenarios and results of the establishment and integration of contractual relationship and human relationship,and compares the three types of relationship: contractual relationship,human relationship and hybrid relationship,and clarifies the application scenarios of hybrid relationship.Although mixed relationship is not a formal academic concept generally recognized and accepted by the academic community,its proposal not only makes the author pay more attention to the role of relationship in different situations,but also provides a new perspective and entry point for us to understand the follow-up development of the special product of community factory,and contributes to the realization of rural revitalization and the localization of relationship research.
