| In recent years,the reform of physical education has brought more challenges and opportunities to the development of school physical education.In this context,both the curriculum content and the teaching mode should be constantly reformed and innovated.The "OBE+Anchor" teaching mode came into being under this background.Under the traditional teaching mode,students forget quickly after the aerobics class,and students mostly learn passively,just to complete the final exam.Research purpose: In the anchored teaching mode,students’ initiative becomes the key factor,and "anchor" becomes a necessary part of the teaching process.Under the influence of "OBE+Anchor" teaching mode,students can set clear learning objectives."OBE+Anchoring" is results-oriented and is a process of ability cultivation and training.While improving students’ sense of self-efficacy,it aims to strengthen their physique and master their skills.Research methods: In order to make the research content of this paper more sufficient,in the process of research,the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics were used respectively.Students from two classes of Grade 5 in the primary school of Xuanqing Middle School in Zhaoqing were selected as experimental subjects.The experimental subjects were divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.The experimental period is one semester(18weeks in total).The experimental group adopts the "OBE+Anchor" teaching mode,while the control group adopts the traditional teaching mode.The results show that:(1)In terms of physical quality,the physical quality of the students in the experimental group using the "OBE+Anchor" teaching mode has significantly improved,while the physical quality of the students in the control group using the traditional teaching mode has not significantly improved,and the two have significant differences(P<0.05).(2)In terms of students’ learning attitude,the learning attitude of students in the experimental group using the "OBE+Anchor" teaching mode has significantly improved,while the learning attitude of students in the control group using the traditional teaching mode has little room for improvement,and the two have significant differences(P<0.05).(3)In terms of students’ cooperation ability,the students in the experimental group using the "OBE+Anchor" teaching mode have significantly improved their cooperation ability,while the students in the control group using the traditional teaching mode have not significantly improved their cooperation ability,and the two have significant differences(P<0.05).(4)In terms of students’ autonomous learning ability,the students in the experimental group using the "OBE+Anchor" teaching mode have significantly improved their autonomous learning ability,while the students in the control group using the traditional teaching mode have not significantly improved their autonomous learning ability,and the two have significant differences(P<0.05).(5)In terms of students’ test scores,the test scores of the students in the experimental group using the "OBE+Anchor" teaching mode were significantly improved,while the test scores of the students in the control group using the traditional teaching mode were not significantly improved,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Research recommendations:(1)"OBE+Anchoring" focuses on the setting of teaching objectives,with the premise of stimulating students’ interest in learning and the purpose of improving students’ physique and sports skills.Teachers are required to actively guide students to actively participate in learning from their own perspective,according to the curriculum situation and the current situation of students,and in line with the "people-oriented" education concept.It can be used not only in the teaching of physical education theory,but also in the teaching of technical theory.However,in the process of practical application,attention should be paid to the laws of human movement,physiological characteristics and psychological factors.(2)From the perspective of education,in the "OBE+Anchor" teaching mode,student subjectivity is not the only element.In the process of practice,we still need to explore and innovate,integrate it with other teaching models,and realize the comprehensive development of education.(3)The practice process of "OBE+Anchor" aerobics teaching mode requires teachers to maintain high professional quality,master the theoretical guidance and practical requirements of "OBE+Anchor" teaching mode,strengthen peer communication,and strive to improve the "OBE+Anchor" teaching mode in the teaching process.Research conclusion:(1)The "OBE+Anchored" teaching mode is a teaching mode that can help students learn from the beginning of teaching to the end of teaching.It is the innovative integration of OBE teaching mode and anchored teaching mode.(2)In the process of aerobics teaching,the "OBE+Anchor" teaching mode can significantly improve students’ physical quality,learning attitude,cooperation ability,autonomous learning ability,and test results. |
