At the same time, our country sports industry is growing,various forms of fitness place brings a new way of exercise started from the relativelydeveloped eastern city development to every corner of our country, for better able totake part in physical fitness activities of the broad masses of the people provides agood platform.Nanchang badminton fitness center is one of the representatives of the rapiddevelopment of the fitness center in Jiangxi province, The capital city of Jiangxi isNanchang, including the development of badminton fitness center on the developmentof other badminton fitness centers around the city of Jiangxi province has a positiveimpact, this is advantageous to the surrounding city sports fitness,This article uses theSWOT analysis theory, the literature method, fieldwork method, interview method,mathematical statistics and questionnaire survey of Nanchang city badminton fitnesscenter management and the status quo, the development of small externalenvironment and internal environment analysis, it is concluded that the externalenvironment opportunities and threats, the advantages of small internal environmentfactors and missing.
