Research On The Formation Model Of Beach Volleyball Teams In Sichuan Chongqing Region Under The Background Of Sports And Education Integration

The integration of sports and education requires the cultivation of fully developed competitive sports talents,the return of reserve talent cultivation to the education system,and the promotion of diversified team building models while achieving diversified training subjects.The beach volleyball team in Sichuan and Chongqing is a team formation model built by multiple parties under the background of sports and education integration,effectively alleviating the contradiction between learning and training,expanding the base of reserve talents,and improving the quality of reserve talents.This study uses research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,and SWOT analysis to study the formation model of beach volleyball teams in Sichuan and Chongqing under the background of integration of sports and education.The research content is as follows:1.This paper summarizes the current formation model of the Sichuan Beach Volleyball Youth Team from the aspects of the characteristics of the formation model,the background of the times,advantages and disadvantages,as well as the opportunities and challenges faced.The Sichuan Provincial Beach Volleyball Youth Team is a joint construction model among sports departments,schools,and the government.In order to ensure that athletes learn cultural courses and return cultural learning to the national education system,the training base is set up in Shehong Middle School.Multiple training entities provide sports training,cultural education,training funds,and other aspects of protection for reserve talents,and alleviate the contradiction between learning and training during the training process of athletes from the source,Despite this,there are still issues such as imperfect competition systems,limited talent selection for reserve talents,and low public attention and participation.2.The Chongqing Beach Volleyball Team is different from the Sichuan Provincial Beach Volleyball Youth Team in adopting a joint construction model between the Sports Bureau and universities.The two sides jointly provide support for the cultivation of reserve talents in terms of policies and regulations,sports training,cultural education,training funds,scientific research,and other aspects.The training base is located in Chongqing Normal University,so as to achieve both sports training and cultural learning.However,there are also the following problems: the enrollment system is not perfect,the enrollment advantages are not prominent,the source of students is insufficient,the workload of coaches is too heavy,and the mass base is poor.3.Improve the competition system and add Group C competitions.Beach volleyball has entered the campus,expanding the reserve talent base for beach volleyball,and improving the construction of echelons.Launch beach volleyball youth group and mass group competitions in various cities and prefectures to expand public participation.At the same time,strengthen the publicity of beach volleyball events on television and online platforms to improve public participation.Expand the social influence of beach volleyball projects and accelerate the marketization process of Sichuan beach volleyball projects.4.Carry out entrance examinations for high-level athletes,improve the recruitment system for beach volleyball projects,clarify the advantages of team building,expand the influence of enrollment,give full play to the leading role of university teams in cultivating reserve talents in the education system,promote the development of beach volleyball in universities and primary and secondary schools,and expand the base of reserve talents for beach volleyball in Chongqing.Reasonably plan the work of coaches,improve training efficiency,establish an intercollegiate league system,form a good beach volleyball atmosphere,improve the influence of Chongqing beach volleyball project,and attract social funds to participate.
