In recent years,the vocational education college entrance examination has been piloted and developed rapidly in many provinces of China.The "parallel of vocational education college entrance examination and ordinary college entrance examination" has become an irreversible trend of education reform,and the smooth progress and healthy development of the reform are inseparable from a high-quality and stable team of teachers.As the first batch of colleges and universities to undertake the vocational education college entrance examination in Shandong Province,w vocational education college entrance examination has been facing the serious loss of teachers,which hinders the rapid development of the college,since its establishment.In view of this,this paper takes the college as the research object to seek effective methods suitable for W vocational education entrance examination college to alleviate the problem of teacher turnover,solve the pain points in the process of sustainable and efficient development,and provide guidance for other schools implementing vocational education college entrance examination.Based on the demand hierarchy theory and equity theory,supplemented by Mobley intermediary chain model,this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,combination of interview and experiment and data analysis,and takes the loss of teachers in W vocational education college entrance examination as the starting point to comprehensively analyze the job satisfaction of in-service teachers in W Vocational education college entrance examination Finally,with the help of the idea of analytic hierarchy process,this paper finds out the factors causing the loss of teachers in the school,and then puts forward targeted countermeasures to greatly improve the loss of teachers in W College from the three dimensions of government,school and teachers.
