| With the improvement of China’s overall comprehensive ability and the overall improvement of people’s living standards,the expenditure of national family education also increases year by year.The education and training industry has ushered in a golden period of development,and the number of training institutions in the industry has shown explosive growth.With the sudden outbreak of the epidemic in 2020 and the introduction of the "double reduction" policy in 2021,the market environment of the after-school education and training industry has deteriorated.With the weak foundation of small education and training institutions,it is particularly important for the market competition,opportunities and challenges to explore the future development of Z off-campus training institutions.This paper,using a Z off-campus training institution as a study case,First,with the introduction of the literature research method,The research literature related to the education and training industry was systematically combed and summarized;next,Using the PEST analysis method and the Porter five-force analysis model,The external environment of the education and training industry is analyzed;follow,Based on the value chain theory,Combined with the relevant information of Z off-campus training institutions,Analyze the internal resources of Z off-campus training institutions;then,Through the questionnaire survey and the interview method,Combing out the problems existing in Z off-campus training institutions in products,price,channels,promotion,personnel,service process and tangible display,And find out the causes;last,from a strategic management perspective,Designed the strategic positioning of the Z off-campus training institution,And,based on the 7Ps theory,Design the development strategy optimization suggestions for their survival,And from the three perspectives of management system,system and incentive,Put forward the implementation of the implementation of development strategy optimization measures. |
