In China,innovation and entrepreneurship is of great importance.With the development of the society,university students have become the backbone of innovation and entrepreneurship.The 21 st century is the "Internet+" era,and its arrival has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges for college students to start their own businesses.Most of the existing research on entrepreneurial competence focuses on the analysis of the quality of college students themselves,and lacks the discussion of adapting to the background of the times.Therefore,this thesis starts from the two aspects of college students’ personal internal quality and the ability to adapt to the "Internet+" external environment,and constructs a research system for college students’ entrepreneurial competence in line with the background of the new era.This thesis adopts the behavioral event interview method and questionnaire survey method to design,distribute and recycle the questionnaire scale of college students’ entrepreneurial competence under the background of "Internet+",and uses the factor analysis method to analyze the internal quality of college students and adapt to "Internet+".The indicators of the two subsystems of external environmental capabilities are summarized and refined with multi-dimensional characteristics.The study found that five dimensions of entrepreneurial motivation,entrepreneurial quality,entrepreneurial ability,entrepreneurial capital and entrepreneurial knowledge can be extracted from the subsystem of personal internal quality,and network marketing insights can be extracted from the subsystem of the ability to adapt to the "Internet+" external environment,network promotion ability and network social ability three dimensions.Based on the eight dimensions of the above two subsystems,this study establishes a research model of college students’ entrepreneurial competence under the background of "Internet+".In the subsystem of personal intrinsic quality,the dimension of entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial motivation has a greater weight;in the subsystem of ability to adapt to the "Internet+" external environment,the dimension of network promotion ability has a greater weight.The research results show that under the background of "Internet+",college students can improve their entrepreneurial competence by accumulating entrepreneurial knowledge,clarifying entrepreneurial motivation and improving network promotion ability.At the same time,the research results are applied to the actual business of the new retail department of Handan C Company to solve the problem of insufficient entrepreneurial competence of college students under the background of "Internet+",and provide path support for improving the entrepreneurial competence of college students under the background of "Internet+".
