Research On Entrepreneurial Competency Model And Cultivating Approaches Of College Students Of Financial Majors

Our country is into the economic development of the new normal.Economic development is faced with upgrade,optimization of the structure and factors of system change request.Implement innovation-driven development strategy,the transformation of the momentum of economic development is the only way to safeguard our country economy sustainable development.Innovation driven development strategy of its essence lies in the innovation,the key lies in business.Entrepreneurial activity ability request to the entrepreneurs,entrepreneurial quality,upgrade of industry value chain entrepreneurs need to have adapted to business development ability.College students’ employment problems caused widespread concern.College students is the knowledge-based talents in human resource,guide students to entrepreneurship,is in response to the government’s call that "to" public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation is also an effective way to solve the university students’ employment.The current college students’ self-employment population ratio is low,success rate of entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial quality gap compared with the United States and other developed countries.This is the college students’ entrepreneurs ability deficiency.Economics in college students’ learning content and related economic activities,has the congenital advantage in entrepreneurial activity.Based on the requirement of entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial ability,this study based on competency related theory,by studying economics in college students’ entrepreneurial competence needed for entrepreneurial activity.Carding competency and entrepreneurial competence theory,through the literature collection method,behavioral event interview method to build business professional college students’ entrepreneurial competence theory model required.Using questionnaire to co llect data for the construction of entrepreneurial competence theory model for inspection and correction.N ine factors from three categories of business professional college students’ entrepreneurial competence structure,build the model.The factor of entrepreneurial knowledge respectively under the category of basic knowledge of professional knowledge of finance and economics,entrepreneurship;Entrepreneurship inner potential under the category of entrepreneurial motivation,entrepreneurial values and entrepreneurial traits and entrepreneurial tenacity;Entrepreneurial skills under the category of opportunity recognition and use of force,study and develop creativity and interpersonal and team work force.Build the model on the basis of all,in the educat ion of the university culture as the core,the theory of positive psychological shape theory,from the course,practice,faculty development,evaluation,and economics in college students’ psychological quality education in five aspects path entrepreneuria l competency.
