Research On The Practice Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities Under The Background Of "New Ideological And Political Outlook"

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to education and has put forward a series of new concepts,ideas and views,it provides scientific guidance and fundamental compliance for the development of education.In September 2018,at the National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping improved the "all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor" into "all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor".With the convening of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,ideological and political education in colleges and universities has continued to be given a new mission and new connotation.On October 16,2022,the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was successfully held,General Secretary Xi Jinping also placed education technology talents at the same height in his report,emphasize the support of talents in modernization construction and innovate the talent training system.It can be seen that since the successful convening of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the state has attached great importance to the cause of education and to the work of ideological and political education in schools.Only by profoundly understanding this series of new ideas and new theories,and deeply excavating the connotation of the "new ideological and political outlook" under its guidance,can we promote the practice and education of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the context of the new era.Practical education is a key link in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities,it implements the fine idea of integrating knowledge with action,and adheres to the fundamental task of cultivating people with virtue.General Secretary Xi Jinping also once again stated in the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that we must adhere to the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people and play an important role in practice,his shows that from the party’s education policy and the law of human development,it is concluded that education must be combined with production practice.At present,the status of practical activities in the process of talent training in colleges and universities is constantly improving,the concept of practical education is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and continue to carry out unique practical activities.At the same time,colleges and universities have also gained certain experience in base construction,system construction,and system guarantee.However,in the new mission and task of educating people,there are still some practical problems in the practice of ideological and political education and educating people,for example,there are problems such as the low integration of college students’ theoretical knowledge learning and social practice,the enthusiasm for participation needs to be strengthened,the disconnect between practical activities and reality,and the single form of activities,the reason for this is the dissolution of the concept of practical education under the impact of egoism,it is also a contradiction and conflict with social contribution in the context of market-oriented schooling.Therefore,based on the existing academic achievements,this paper discusses the concepts,theoretical support,value significance and current situation of ideological and political education practice in colleges and universities under the background of "New Ideological and Political View",and puts forward the implementation path.The thesis mainly contains the following five parts: part one.This part mainly introduces and elaborates the relevant background,significance,research status,research ideas and methods,major difficulties and innovation points of ideological and political education practice and education in colleges and universities under the background of "New Ideological and Political View",it emphasizes the construction of an education system of“moral education”,“intellectual education”,“sports”,“aesthetic education”,and “labor education”,The second part is the elaboration of related concepts.This part expounds on the concepts of practical education,practical education in colleges and universities,and "new ideological and political outlook".The third part is problem analysis.Combined with the results of the questionnaire survey,the results and problems of ideological and political education in colleges and universities were analyzed.Through the analysis of the collected questionnaires,it is found that there are still deficiencies in the current practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The main reasons are that the traditional concept of education is deeply rooted,the collaborative education of families,schools and enterprises needs to be strengthened,and the guarantee mechanism and assessment and evaluation mechanism are not perfect.The fourth part is theoretical construction.First of all,starting from the goal of educating people,we should cultivate guardians of the family and country,builders of national rejuvenation,and those who take on the mission of struggle;secondly,the principles of education should be comprehensive and specific,including the combination of in-class and extracurricular activities,respect for students’ subjectivity,strengthening safeguards and scientific assessment;finally,there is a response to the value of education.Education should be student-oriented,adhere to the practice of high-quality innovation,and educate people.The fifth part is to build a solution path.This includes measures such as enhancing the understanding of the concept of educating people in the practice of ideological and political education,building a path for collaborative education,and improving the safeguard mechanism and assessment and evaluation mechanism.Finally,it is hoped to provide a theoretical reference for the practical education work of colleges and universities under the background of the new era and the task of educating people.
