Because of the diversity of students, it determines that the object of education is complex, especially in this fast-changing time, unstable factors are also varied, and it determines the pluralism of higher vocational education. And it also determines ideological and political education under the huge and challenging mode of the complexity of the work.The basic contents of the scientific outlook on development are social and natural harmonious unification. Its main characteristic is people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. Human-oriented scientific concept of development is the core, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development is the key of science, and promotion of the all-round development of man is the essence of the scientific concept of development. Oxford University President Colin Lucas spoke in University Forum "the education of university is the education of a man, and it is different from the simple teaching".
