| The principal is the "soul of a garden" and the master of a garden,which is related to the teaching quality and even the future development of the kindergarten.An outstanding kindergarten principal can achieve an outstanding kindergarten and the development of preschool education in the district.In accordance with the provisions of the 14 th Five-Year Plan of Action for the Development and Improvement of Preschool Education(2021),a three-year action plan for three-year preschool education will be formulated and implemented at the county level.Outstanding kindergarten principal can play a leading role in the development of preschool education in their counties and promote the balanced development of kindergartens.This study adopts the narrative research method and selects three outstanding kindergarten principals of L county in S province as the research object.Through semi-structured interview method and physical analysis method to obtain data,objectively and truly present the professional development process of the three outstanding kindergarten principals,and the "key events" faced by the three principals in the process of growth are deeply described.Based on the professional growth stories of the three outstanding kindergarten principals and the dialectical principle of internal and external causes in materialist dialectics,this paper summarizes the factors that influence their professional development,mainly divided into two aspects: internal factors: firm belief in education,awareness of self-development,quality of facing difficulties,ability of self-reflection;External factors:positive support from family,guidance from key people,post-service training and learning,and promotion from national policies.Through three outstanding kindergarten principals’ attitude,practice and experience of these events,we can obtain the experience and lessons that can be learned,and set a learning example for the beginning principals and teachers with practical cases.This paper puts forward the reference and enlightenment for the professional development of the principal: from the perspective of the principal himself,he should establish his own development consciousness and pay attention to self-improvement;From the social level,we should improve the social system guarantee and optimize the external environment. |
