| As a member of the kindergarten teachers,the quality of kindergarten principals will affect the quality of kindergarten running,and the important factor that determines the quality of kindergarten principals is the professional level.The professional growth process of kindergarten principals is like a mirror,which can not only reflect the excellent characteristics of the principals,but also reflect the distance between ordinary preschool teachers and kindergarten principals.Research kindergarten principal professional growth process,can help the kindergarten director review reflect on their growth,adjust mentality,to the next level,also can summarize the principal from ordinary teachers to the principal career path,explore the principal professional growth characteristics,in the method of narrative comprehensive rendering principal professional growth,hope for other kindergarten teachers,kindergarten director on professional growth to provide reference and valuable experience.In this study,principal Z was selected as the research object through the principle of objective sampling.With the consent of the research object,principal Z made a preliminary survey on his family experience,learning experience,work experience,award experience and scientific research experience,and the interview outline was written together with the questionnaire.After several in-depth interviews and non-participatory observations with Principal Z,I collected and sorted out principal Z’s work notebooks,teaching records,teaching notes,public account articles,papers,winning materials and other first-hand materials.With Z principal professional growth time as a line,the Z principal mentioned the key figures and key events to the time line,to draw the outline of Z principal complete expertise growth process,to take the Johns Hopkins big tuition sler teachers career development cycle model,the Z principal teacher career process is divided into pre-service preparation,early induction,building ability and enthusiasm and growth,frustration,stability and stagnation period five period,comprehensive present Z principal professional development process.Summarize the internal and external factors affecting the professional development of Z principal,and conclude that the kindergarten principal should develop good working habits and working attitude in the process of professional growth;establish a mentoring mechanism and give full play to the important role of professional guide. |
