The Practice Of Home School Interaction Intervention On The Promotion Of Primary School Students’ Physical Health

Young people are the hope of the country and the future of the nation.Only by winning the youth can we win the future,and only by shaping the youth can we shape the future.At present,the physical health of young people in my country is not optimistic.The physical fitness of students across the country is declining year by year,and the overall trend is declining.It is urgent to enhance the physical fitness of young people and promote the healthy growth of young people.In order to achieve this goal,the joint intervention of the family and the school is essential.How to make parents aware of the importance of physical activity? How to improve students’ family sports activities? This research is based on the above questions for exploration and practice,hoping to provide a way of thinking and theoretical guidance for home-school linkage,and provide a basis for designing an effective family linkage program.In this study,we organized and analyzed the literature,based on the theory of overlapping domains of influence,and designed a movement plan for home-school linkage intervention based on the theory of home-school-community integration.The specific content and methods of the intervention were designed based on the questionnaire survey method and the expert interview method.The second students of X elementary school level(two natural classes)were used as the experimental subjects to conduct a 12-week home-school linkage intervention experiment.After the experiment,the students’ physical health status was tested,and compared with the test indicators before the experiment,the multiple quality indicators obtained were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention,which confirmed the importance and importance of implementing home-school linkage intervention.Effectiveness,the research conclusions are as follows:(1)The questionnaire survey shows that students have a high degree of love for physical education,and they have an acceptance level of more than 80% for sports homework.Parents also agree and support the assignment of physical education homework.However,physical education teachers have not paid enough attention to sports activities outside school,and the arrangement of sports homework or extracurricular sports activities has not been normalized and long-term.(2)The experimental results show that the home-school linkage intervention has a good promoting effect on the physical health of primary school students.The intervention plan should be designed and selected on the basis of the curriculum standards to meet the students’ physical and mental level,and truly achieve home-school linkage under certain supervision and monitoring.During the experiment,the parents held a positive attitude towards the students’ homework for physical education,and the students’ attitude towards the homework for physical education was also very positive.(3)Judging from the experimental results,the experimental design of home-school linkage intervention three times a week,each duration of 20-25 minutes,and a load of above moderate intensity can effectively ensure that students get adequate physical exercise and improve their physical health..(4)Before and after the experimental intervention,the experimental group students improved significantly in vital capacity,sensitivity,endurance,and speed.There was no statistical difference in the improvement of BMI and flexibility.Although some indicators of the control group increased,there was no statistical difference,and the speed quality even declined.This proves that the home-school linkage intervention program adopted in this experiment can effectively improve the physical health of primary school students.(5)The twelve-week experimental activity not only improves the physical fitness of students,but more importantly,such regular exercise cultivates students’ exercise habits and interest in sports,and lays the foundation for lifelong sports in the future.Parents also feel the enthusiasm of their children in parent-child sports games,increase the time to accompany their children,and form a harmonious parent-child relationship.Research recommendations:(1)The harmonious development of home-school linkage requires the school’s attention and guidance.This not only requires school leaders and teachers to strengthen their own ideas,but also requires higher-level governments and education departments to come up with corresponding policy guidance.Tilt resources to schools and vigorously support schools in their work.(2)Schools should establish a communication platform for home-school linkage to ensure an effective communication mechanism for home principals.The popular science education of physical health knowledge through the home-school platform allows parents to realize the importance of physical health and master scientific exercise methods.Physical education teachers and parents of students should conduct interactive exchanges around students in many aspects,not just confined to physical test results,but to pay attention to the physical and mental health of students,and to ensure that students have sufficient time for physical exercise outside school.(3)Home-school linkage intervention activities should be a complete closed loop,that is,implementation,feedback,monitoring and evaluation can be taken into account and accurately implemented.Schools and teachers should listen to the opinions of parents and students extensively during the implementation of the linkage,and respond and make corrections in a timely manner.A variety of methods are adopted to evaluate the effect of students and parents participating in home-school linkage,so as to increase the enthusiasm of parents and students to participate in activities and improve the long-term effect of home-school linkage.(4)Continuous medium-to-high-intensity exercise has a good effect on the physical health of students.It is recommended to maintain moderate or high-intensity exercise for about 10-15 minutes when formulating a home-school linkage intervention plan.When arranging sports homework,it is necessary to carry out combined training based on various physical qualities in the teaching content,and appropriately arrange sports games and other relaxation links to enhance students’ interest in practicing.(5)It is recommended to use mobile phone APP and AI recognition technology to remotely guide students’ sports homework,which makes up for the lack of physical education teachers when practicing at home,and reduces the workload of physical education teachers to a certain extent while ensuring student sports.The quality of exercise can be used to continuously improve the motion capture technology through the accumulation of big data,so that it can provide a higher level of guidance for family sports activities.
