It is an important prerequisite for the sustainable development of our country to ensure the physical health level of teenagers.However,in recent years,the physical fitness of teenagers in our country has been declining year by year,and many factors such as the pressure of schoolwork have seriously affected their physical exercise behavior,especially entering the middle school stage.Because of the pressure of entrance examination and the lack of physical education,the importance of teenagers to physical exercise is not enough Understanding.Therefore,the physical health problems of young people are highly valued by the State General Administration of sports,the Ministry of education and other departments.As one of the main ways of middle school students'physical exercise,family physical education has an important influence on middle school students'physical exercise behavior.Therefore,based on the physical exercise behavior of middle school students,this paper investigates the current implementation of family physical education of middle school students.Through the analysis and discussion of the correlation between family physical education and students'attitude and behavior of physical exercise,students'persistence of physical exercise behavior,and students'level of physical exercise activity,in order to improve the family physical activity of middle school students and promote physical exercise behavior Provide targeted suggestions and strategies.Through the analysis and discussion of the correlation between family sports and students'subjective behavior and objective behavior of physical exercise,this paper provides targeted suggestions and strategies for improving middle school students'family sports activities and promoting physical exercise behavior.In this study,the students from Grade 1 to Grade 3 in Changsha urban schools were selected as the subjects of investigation,and the students'questionnaires and parents'questionnaires were distributed.The family physical education was investigated by using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,and the influence of family physical education on the physical exercise behavior of middle school students was analyzed.The results are as follows:(1)There was a significant positive correlation between parents'physical education concept and students'physical exercise behavior(r=0.361,p<0.001),which was positively correlated with the objective performance of physical exercise(r=0.234,P<0.001).(2)There was a significant positive correlation between family sports action and students'subjective performance in physical exercise(r=0.315,p<0.05).(3)There was a significant positive correlation between family physical resources and students'physical exercise behavior as a whole(r=0.359,p<0.05),and a significant positive correlation between family physical physical resources and students'physical exercise behavior as a whole(r=0.307,p<0.05).(4)Parents'attitude and cognition to sports,family sports interaction,sports support and physical resources outside the family have a significant predictive effect on the subjective performance of middle school students'physical exercise behavior.The standardized regression prediction equation is:y=0.236x1+0.176x2+0.250x3+0.189x4+0.277x5;the sports consciousness,sports values,sports interaction and sports support of the head of the family have a significant predictive effect on middle school students'physical exercise behavior For objective performance,the standardized regression prediction equation is:y=0.148x1+0.152x2+0.184x3+0.149x4.According to the results of the study,the relevant conclusions are drawn:(1)The influence of family sports on middle school students'physical exercise behavior mainly includes:improving middle school students'behavior attitude,goal attitude,behavior control sense,behavior habit and behavior cognition,behavior intention,emotional experience,and improving the time and intensity of middle school students'physical exercise.In family sports,parents'attitude,consciousness,cognition,aesthetic appreciation,family sports interaction,sports support,sports education and physical resources of family sports are all the influencing factors of middle school students'physical exercise behavior.Different family structure,gender,grade and BMI value of middle school students have significant differences in family sports and physical exercise behavior.We should respect the individual differences of students and treat them differently according to different situations when making relevant policies and plans,so as to achieve scientificity and pertinence.(2)Most of the parents of middle school students in Changsha City have a good idea of family sports,but the implementation of the awareness of physical exercise needs to be improved.The family sports interaction is relatively insufficient,and parents need more practical actions to urge middle school students to carry out physical exercise.The content and venue of family physical exercise activities for middle school students in Changsha are greatly limited by the space,which needs to be improved.Parents'attitude,cognition,family sports interaction,sports support and physical resources outside the family are the factors that have the greatest impact on the subjective performance of middle school students'physical exercise behavior in family sports;parents'sports consciousness,sports values,sports interaction and sports support are the factors that have the greatest impact on the objective performance of middle school students'physical exercise behavior in family sports.(3)To promote family sports and improve middle school students'physical exercise behavior,we should first change the concept of educators,attach importance to the development of sports,formulate relevant policies,and take corresponding measures to improve the status of family sports;we can cooperate with communities and schools to carry out relevant lectures and activities,and improve parents'sports concept;in addition to setting an example for children in daily life,parents should provide sports In addition to support,it is more important to improve the parents'participation in family sports,and improve the students'physical exercise behavior from practical actions;we should make full use of social resources to facilitate the students'physical exercise,as well as improve the parents'awareness of sports consumption and improve the family's internal physical resources.
