| At present,the reform of the master’s education in library and information major is affected by the policies of the Ministry of Education,changes in social needs and the requirements for professional degree education.There are higher requirements for the training level of graduated talents.In addition to mastering professional knowledge,masters of library and information majors also need to have practical skills and professional abilities.In order to respond to the urgent need for graduate talents for applied professional degrees in response to the national education reform policy,optimize the existing training model for masters of library and information majors.This research introduces the "studio system" model based on the concept of "equal emphasis on knowledge and technology,and synchronization of theory and practice",and uses its advantages in establishing a school-enterprise partnership to implement dual teacher training and relying on the studio platform to carry out practical teaching in schools.It can strengthen the application-oriented and career-oriented characteristics of the cultivation of master’s talents in library and information majors.At present,the "studio system" talent training model has accumulated pilot implementation experience and results in art and design colleges,higher vocational colleges and some colleges and universities aiming at cultivating applied talents,and research has shown that it is in The feasibility and necessity in the master education of library and information major.This research uses literature research,network survey,questionnaire survey,expert survey and other methods to construct a talent training program based on the "studio system" for the master’s education of library and information major,and modify and improve it.As the core of discipline construction and development guidance,the talent training plan includes talent training goals,curriculum settings,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation system elements.Based on the theoretical basis of the "studio system" and the supporting theories obtained from preliminary investigations and analysis,the reform talents for the master’s degree in library and information are proposed The training plan can provide a reference for the future development and reform plan implementation of library and information education.This research is divided into four parts.In the first part,by searching and arranging relevant documents of national policies,library and information education and the "studio system" model,explains the "current situation of library and information education development,existing problems in talent training programs,support of national policies to education reform and " studio system " as the research background.It also puts forward the theoretical and practical significance of this research,expounds the relevant core concepts,research ideas,methods and innovations of this research,and finally analyzes the research and development of the " studio system " talent training model at home and abroad.The second part investigates and analyzes the theoretical foundation and practical needs required to construct the " studio system " talent training program for the master of library and information major.Firstly,I elaborated on the three core educational theories supporting the " studio system " talent training model,and found that it attaches importance to career orientation,requires that the characteristics of the industry roles corresponding to the profession be strengthened in the talent training,and the ability to master the society’s needs for talents to graduate and enter the post.In this regard,based on the courses,knowledge,and ability items extracted from the current talent training programs of some libraries and information major training institutions,a questionnaire survey is designed to investigate the needs of library and information personnel for the knowledge and ability of library and information talents,which is based on " The “studio system” provides a reference for the construction of talent training goals and curriculum settings.Then,it analyzes the characteristic teaching methods and teaching evaluation system of many domestic and foreign "studio system" reform pilot colleges,and provides a reference for the construction of the "studio system"-based talent training teaching method and teaching evaluation system.The third part is based on the survey results of the current situation of library and information cultivation,the survey results of talent knowledge and ability requirements and the experience of institutions that implement the "studio system" talent training model,and concretely construct a talent training program for the "studio system" of the master’s degree in library and information The content of the four elements was then integrated into a questionnaire,and the items in it were revised and improved after two rounds of expert letter inquiries.The fourth part mainly expounds the various safeguard measures proposed from the three aspects of the government,enterprises and colleges in order
