At present,the unified edition of high school history textbooks is compiled in the style of “general history”,each class hour is arranged according to the chronological sequence of historical events,such a structure is more concerned with the vertical nature of historical narration,and it is more helps to cultivate students’ comprehensive history consciousness.Time and space are the way history exists,the essence of history,and the starting point for mankind to understand history,history must be explained in terms of time and space.The consciousness of comprehensive history combined with the style of general history is actually to train students to further explore the concept of history with“comprehensive” as the core on the basis of constructing the knowledge system of general history,to enable students can form a contextualized understanding of historical events,and then students can recognize the essence,characteristics,status and influence of history and so that students can better understand the continuity and continuation and shifting of human society.The cultivation of comprehensive history consciousness of high school students has rich theoretical basis of pedagogy and psychology.However,in the actual history teaching of high school,there are a series of problems,for example,teachers’ professional ability is insufficient,especially they lack the knowledge of historical academic frontier dynamics,the students’ awareness of constructing the framework of general history knowledge system is not sufficient and so on.Therefore,this paper is based on the investigation of the comprehensive history consciousness cultivation of senior high school students,catch on the practical circumstance of history learning and teachers’ everyday instruction of senior high school students completely,and then search for the causes that the insufficient comprehensive history consciousness of senior high school students at the current period.Be directed against the findings of questionnaire,the effective training strategies are put forward and tested in practice.From the perspective of the two influencing factors of teachers and students,teachers mainly focus on improving their professional qualities and changing their teaching concepts,so as to better fit the cultivation path of the current key competency of history.On the student side,consciousness of comprehensive history can be concretely cultivated by studying the strategies of constructing historical chronology,innovating historical homework in each stage and examining questions of general history type.Finally,the author applies these strategies in practice to test their effectiveness,and puts them into practice in the future history education,in the hope of put the cultivation of comprehensive history consciousness into practice in the classroom of senior high school students.
