| With the rapid rise of mobile Internet technology, mobile APP has been widely popularized. With the improvement and strengthening of school physical education In the new period, the development of physical education in universities has been assisted by science and technology, among which sports APP plays a pivotal role in the daily physical exercise of college students. Therefore,it is particularly important for sports apps to promote their physical exercise behaviors. However, few studies use social cognition theory to explore the mechanism between sports apps and physical exercise behaviors. In this paper will be based on the literature method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and other research methods, with about 600 college students in Fujian Province, using exploratory factor analysis method, reliability and validity test, validation factor analysis were also used to test the reliability and validity of questionnaires from various dimensions of social cognition theory.Using Chi-square and variance analysis to reveal the variable difference between different population characteristics;Correlation analysis of the data was performed by using the Pearson correlation coefficient analysis method related variables. Finally, based on social cognition theory "SCT model" and physical exercise behavior, this paper tries to reveal test reliability and validity were also analyzed by confirmatory factors and verify the hypothesis of the preset model. The analysis results of this paper are as follows:(1)The popularity rate of sports apps is relatively high among college students. Most students have the habit of using sports apps steadily for a long time in daily physical exercise, and the purpose of using them is diverse. They will maintain a certain level of exercise frequency every week, mostly for running and fitness, and reach the appropriate exercise duration during this process.(2)Through chi-square and variance analysis,it is found that the two terms of age and frequency are consistent without difference. In terms of the differences of different population characteristics: 1.The two items of number of years and frequency are consistent, but there is no difference.2.There is no difference in frequency among samples of different grades.3.Grades vary from year to year.4.In different gender samples, there is no difference in physical exercise behavior between different genders.5.After taking grade as a control variable,it is found that different grade samples show different levels of exercise.6.After taking gender as a control variable, the results found that the results were expected and showed no difference.7.Gender samples have differences in self-efficacy,self-adjustment behavior and perceived barriers in social cognition theory.(3)Through the use of correlation analysis,it is found that there is a certain correlation between self-efficacy and outcome expectation,self-adjustment behavior, perceived obstacles, and physical exercise behavior.(4)the degree of "sports APP using (?)self-efficacy of physical exercise behavior" and "self-efficacy (?) results expected the exercise volume","self-efficacy (?) adjust behavior the exercise volume","self-efficacy (?)adjust results expected behavior (?) the exercise volume","self-efficacy (?) perceived barriers (?) adjust behavior",etc Mediating effect pathways exist.(5)The influence relationship of multiple variables was revealed through path analysis: 1.Years of use of sports APP had a significant positive influence on self-efficacy.2.The frequency of exercise APP use has a significant positive impact on self-efficacy.3.Self-efficacy has a significant positive influence on physical exercise behavior.4.Self-efficacy has a significant positive influence on outcome expectation.5.Self-efficacy has a significant positive influence on perceived barriers.6.Result expectation has no influence on physical exercise behavior.7.Self-adjustment behavior has a significant positive influence on physical exercise behavior.8.Outcome expectation has a significant negative influence on self-adjustment behavior.9.Perceived barriers have a significant positive influence on self-adjustment behavior.10.SCT model of social cognition theory can partially explain the interaction mechanism between college students’ use of sports APP and physical exercise behavior. The following is the conclusion of this paper:(1)The use of sports app in college students has a positive impact on physical exercise behavior.Sports APP will make students’ exercise goals more clear,so that students can receive timely physical exercise guidance, adjust the exercise state and plan, reduce movement obstacles, and help students to complete the physical exercise goals scientifically and reasonably. The use degree of exercise APP not only promotes students’ self-efficacy,but also indirectly promotes the improvement of physical exercise behavior. At the same time, when students have a high degree of self-efficacy,their expectations of the results will also increase, thus promoting the optimization of exercise behavior, appropriately adjusting the exercise plan, reducing the perceived barrier level, and increasing the frequency of using exercise apps.(2)The physical exercise ability of college students will improve with the deepening of the use of sports apps. When college students deeply use sports apps, their physical exercise ability can be enhanced, and they can devote themselves to the process of physical exercise, efficiently absorb the results of exercise, and calmly face the problems encountered in the process of exercise with the accumulation of experience.(3)SCT model of social cognition theory can explain the interaction mechanism between sports APP and physical exercise behavior. Also, during the movement process, the interaction among individual, environment and behavior presents a certain dynamic relationship... |
