| In the "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Adolescents",it is proposed that every two years,the education and sports department will evaluate the development of schools with traditional sports characteristics and formulate development plans.Therefore,after the two batches of national tennis characteristic schools selected in the country,with the construction and development of campus characteristic schools,the evaluation is of great significance to the development of campus tennis characteristic schools.Taking the evaluation index system of guangdong campus tennis characteristic schools as the main research object,using the literature method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy method,mathematical statistics method and other methods,based on the "Basic Standards for National Youth Campus Tennis Characteristic Schools" and the current practice of Guangdong Province in the construction of campus tennis characteristic schools,the construction of the evaluation index system of campus tennis characteristic schools in Guangdong Province is completed,and the empirical research is conducted.The findings are as follows:(1)From a regional point of view,the distribution of campus tennis characteristic schools in Guangdong Province is uneven,and 92 tennis characteristic schools are mainly distributed in Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Jiangmen,Zhuhai,Foshan,Zhongshan,Zhaoqing and Huizhou.From the perspective of school categories,the campus tennis characteristic schools in Guangdong Province are mainly concentrated in primary schools,and the number of schools in the junior high school and high school categories is very small.(2)Guangdong Provincial Campus Tennis Characteristic School Construction Evaluation Index System,consisting of 4 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 61 third-level indicators.The 4 first-level indicators are development goals,organizational implementation,resource guarantee and development results;the 17second-level indicators are stage goals,final goals,organizational leadership,tennis teaching,resource teams,venue facilities,curriculum construction,policy guarantees,system guarantees,fund guarantees,tennis cultural atmosphere construction,safety guarantees,team construction,extracurricular activities,organizational competitions, achievement evaluation,and increase evaluation.The weight values of the four first-level indicators were 0.4134,0.2962,0.1826,and 0.1078,respectively,the weights of 18second-level indicators were between 0.1038 and 0.7619,and the weights of 61 thirdlevel indicators were between 0.0814 and 0.6417.(3)Judging from the empirical research results of the five tennis schools selected,the evaluation results can reflect the actual construction of the five schools and show their respective advantages and disadvantages.All five schools have established an integrated development model.In terms of development quality,key schools are higher than ordinary schools,while tennis characteristic schools are higher than ordinary schools.This analysis demonstrates the rationality and application value of the evaluation system.(4)Put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions based on the conclusions of empirical research.It is believed that during the development period,schools with campus tennis characteristics in Guangdong Province should improve the rules and regulations,achieve balanced development,and actively teach various tennis skills. |
