Campus safety is a common concern of the whole society,involving thousands of households.How to create a safe campus and keep the campus away from unsafe sources has become a problem that governments,society and parents at all levels are trying to think about and solve.Henan Province is a large agricultural province in the central region with a large agricultural population.The number of primary schools has reached 20,400.Compared with the junior high schools in the province,the proportion of primary schools is relatively high.The agricultural situation in Henan makes the safety of primary school campuses particularly prominent.How to supervise the safety education of primary school campuses in Henan Province,how to measure the effectiveness of safety education,and design a scientific and reasonable safety education evaluation system is the key link.This study aims to explore the design of the safety education evaluation system for primary school campuses in Henan Province.Based on the modern educational evaluation concept and the new era of safety thought theory and related laws and regulations,using the literature research method,Delphi method,weight method,according to the development status of primary and secondary school campus safety education at home and abroad and the development trend of primary and secondary school campus safety education evaluation,The design of the safety education evaluation system for primary school campus in Henan Province was designed.The main findings obtained are as follows:(1)Through two rounds of expert consultation,this study formed a safety education evaluation system for primary school campuses in Henan Province,including four first-level evaluation indicators: overall design,curriculum and teaching content,teachers,and effect evaluation;11 secondary evaluation indicators: safety education program,system security,personnel security,course content and teaching materials,principals,teacher training,external support,safety education part-time teachers,safety education full-time teachers,accident rate,test assessment,competition results,drills.(2)In this study,the weights and multiplication methods are used to assign weights to all levels of indicators.The weights of the overall design,curriculum,teaching content,teachers,and performance evaluation are 0.265,0.248,0.249,and 0.238,respectively.Finally,a safety education evaluation system for primary school campuses in Henan Province was formed.(3)This study selects five cities in Henan Province to conduct experiments,and the test data is processed to obtain the index system with good reliability and validity index,and the feasibility of the index is demonstrated.It is preliminarily concluded that the indicator system can be used in the future.Used in research practice.(4)This study combines fuzzy mathematics evaluation method with Henan primary school campus safety education evaluation system,establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of primary school campus safety education in Henan Province,and applies the evaluation model to practice for feasibility demonstration,and evaluates the campus safety education of primary schools.According to the score ratio analysis,in addition to "safety education full-time teachers","personnel protection" was rated as "medium","examination assessment,competition results" was rated as "poor" grade,other items were evaluated as "better" "or above.And to improve the campus safety education for the above problems.
