With the continuous advancement of curriculum reform,the "student-oriented" educational concept is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people."Student-based education " not only undertakes the connotation of "student-oriented " at the conceptual level,but also concretizes it at the practical level.Whether as a concept,or as a practice model,in recent years,it has attracted the attention of educators of all school ages.With the successive promulgation of the "Guidelines for Kindergarten Education(Trial)"(hereinafter referred to as the "Outline")and the "Guidelines for the Learning and Development of Children Aged 3-6"(hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines"),It has become a general consensus that children are the subjects of learning and that children’s learning has the characteristics of direct experience,comprehensiveness and integrity.The kindergarten theme activities are regarded as a comprehensive curriculum that can well reflect the spirit of the Outline and the Guide,and are also highly regarded.Since kindergarten theme activities advocate that starting from children’s existing experience,interests and needs,around a certain central content(ie theme),fully integrate all aspects of educational content to promote children’s acquisition of complete experience,which makes it fit strongly with student-based education,which has also aroused the interest and attention of the research community.Therefore,this study attempts to explore the current situation of kindergarten theme activities through the perspective of student-based education,and expounds the implementation strategies of kindergarten themed activities based on student-based education.This study selects four kindergartens in Z city,S province as the research object,and distributes questionnaires to 96 teachers in these four kindergartens,and selects 7teachers to conduct in-depth interviews.From the aspects of design,implementation,evaluation,and environment creation,the current situation of the development of kindergarten theme activities from the perspective of student-based education is investigated,and the existing problems and their causes are analyzed.On this basis,the implementation strategies are expounded.The research results show that there are mainly the following problems in the development of theme activities for kindergarten teachers from the perspective of student-based education: the theme sources are mainly textbooks,and less attention is paid to the needs of young children;there are too many design presets for the theme network and insufficient generation;The implementation form is single and the degree of structure is high;the phenomena of "high teacher control" and "laissez-faire" coexist in teacher-child interaction;activity evaluation is mainly based on teacher evaluation,and children’s participation is insufficient;environment creation and material delivery are adult-oriented.In view of the above problems,this study analyzes the causes from the levels of teachers,kindergartens,and parents.Finally,this study elaborated the implementation strategy of the kindergarten theme activities based on the student-based education: improve teachers’ quality,enhance the design and implementation ability of the theme activities based on the student-based education;Optimize the kindergarten environment,cultivate the implementation of activities based on student-based education soil;Strive for multiple support to form a joint educational force to promote the development of student-based education themed activities.
