| School-based teaching and research management is a field of continuous attention under the background of improving the effect of school-based teaching and research required by current curriculum reform.Recently,with the arrival of the policy of "double reduction",school-based teaching and research has been pushed to the forefront again.As the guarantee of school-based teaching and research,the management of school-based teaching and research needs to guide the teaching and research activities.At the same time,it should ensure the suitability among the content,form and management measures of school-based teaching and research.Researchers are in L primary school where has a wide range of representative in school-based teaching and research management presents the most elementary school school-based teaching and research management,therefore,this study selected the L primary school which has on behalf of the general significance of primary school as a case,and take the school-based teaching and research as a complete management system.And take Joel management five major functions as the foundation,Combining interpersonal relationship theory and two-factor theory,this paper investigates the current situation of school-based teaching and research management in L Primary School,finds out the problems,analyzes the problems from the theoretical and practical levels,and finally puts forward relevant optimization suggestions based on relevant theories.In this study,I adopted the method of mixed research,the questionnaire method and interview method to investigate,what’s more,and the data obtained were analyzed with the help of text analysis method.In the investigation,it is found that L primary school has the following problems in the management of school-based teaching and research.Firstly,the effectiveness of school-based teaching and research is difficult to prove and the one-sidedness of teaching and research content.Secondly,the supply of school-based teaching and research resources,including the weak relationship between management and resource input and output.Thirdly,the standard of school-based teaching and research evaluation,including the lack of uniform and fair division of labor standard and achievement distribution mechanism in the management system.Fourthly,the marginal problems of school-based teaching and research role include the neglect of teachers’ teaching and research management of some subjects by administrators.According to the above survey results,the direct reasons for the problems in the management of school-based teaching and research in L primary school include unclear management objectives,imperfect system and mediocre quality of teaching and research team.The deep reasons lie in the neglect of the nature of education,the restriction of the nature of management and the boost of cultural atmosphere.Therefore,based on the above research,this study puts forward the school-based teaching and research optimizing strategies from the perspective of theory and practice,and focuses on the teaching and research management objectives,teaching and research management orientation,teaching and research management process,management evaluation and other links in theory.In terms of practical strategies,the paper puts forward the formation of localized management system of school-based teaching and research,the improvement of resource security of school-based teaching and research management,the reconstruction of organizational culture of school-based teaching and research management and the construction of incentive mechanism of school-based teaching and research management. |
