| In the backdrop of the elementary education curriculum reform,the development of the society for the school,teachers’ professional quality of ascension are put forward higher requirements,education scholars found in the process of theory and practice of continuous research,school-based teaching and research for the development of students,teachers and the school provide a steady stream of power,promote the cooperation and communication between teachers and improve the quality of school teaching,is helpful to the characteristics of the school building.School-based teaching and research for students,teachers,school whether can produce effect,to a large extent depends on the school-based teaching and research management level and management quality,can give full play to its function to make the school-based teaching and research,schools must establish an effective management system.Elementary school as an example,this article takes nanjing D collected from 2012-2014,school-based teaching and research management of related data,school-based teaching and research system and related policy documents such as raw materials were analyzed,and through the observation to understand the school’s organizational structure and the production and operation of the rules and regulations,and through the questionnaire survey the school 65 teachers,to understand the effect of the school-based teaching and research for teachers,school-based teaching and research system as well as the appraisal of the school-based teaching and research,etc.,the effect of D JiaoJiao this research are summarized the problems existing in the management,and puts forward the strategies to solve these problems.Paper is divided into seven chapters,the article first chapter introduces the D elementary school teachers’ understanding of school-based teaching and research;The second chapter presents the structure of the school-based teaching and research management;In chapter three,four and two in the school-based teaching and research work planning and teaching management system construction;In chapter five,six two the supervision mechanism and incentive mechanism of school-based teaching and research;Chapter seven summarizes the experience and the problems existing in the school-based teaching and research management,and proposes the corresponding improvement measures. |
