《The Outline of Basic education curriculum reform》 (2001) put forward clearly, Three-level curriculum management, which includes the nation, local and school, aims to safeguard and promote the curriculum,and then meet the requirements of different regions, school and students. When Schools implement the national and local curriculums, they should develop or choose suitable curriculums which depend on the specific situation of the local social and economic development, combine with their traditions and advantage, meet the student’s interests and needs.In the guidance of their philosophy and principle, with school teachers as the main body, to evaluate the interests and demands of students scientifically, and make full use of various campus off-campus resources, school-based curriculum, which is developed for students to choose. From the view of the Three-level curriculum management, the school-based Curriculum should take three basic missions:to meet the needs of the students’actual development, to cultivate and improve the headmaster and teachers’curriculum awareness, to form and reflect the characteristics of the school. Theoretical research and practical exploration of school curriculum management can provide a reference for the improvement of primary school curriculum management. The research takes the elementary schools of Tianjin H district as the research object, the author mainly adopts the method of interview and questionnaire. From the perspectives of development, implementation and evaluation of school-based curriculum management, and according to the characteristics of each stage, the author firstly combined the collected information, analyzed the overall situation, found outstanding problems from the analysis results, analyzed the cause of problem and then put forward corresponding countermeasures.Firstly, the problems found in the process of school curriculum development mainly include:the philosophy and the principle of school education are not clear, without fully considering the students’interest demand, lack of professional guidance, not using off-campus teaching resources effectively. The reasons that lead to problems in the development of the school curriculum are follows:education managers master’s education theory and teaching thought are relatively backward, schools are lack of special department to manage. Countermeasures against the problems are follows:in the process of school curriculum development,the school should establish the philosophy and the aim of school education, meet the needs of the student’s actual development, improve the ability of teacher, actively strive for professional guidance, make full use of various education resources, establish and improve the development of school curriculum evaluation mechanism.Secondly, in the process of school curriculum implementation management, the existed problems are follows:the teacher’s time and energy are limited, the teachers’ knowledge and ability are also limited, teaching methods are single and teaching activities are lack of supervision. The reasons that lead to problems in the implementation of the school curriculum are follows:not given due attention to school courses, teachers’abilities to implement the school curriculum are limited, the mechanism of the school curriculum implementation management is not perfect. Countermeasures against the problem are follows:the school should be equipped with full-time teachers, use a variety of teaching methods to promote teachers’ self-improvement, streng then the supervision of teaching activities.Thirdly, in the process of school curriculum evaluation management, the main problems as follows:the evaluation method is not perfect and it’s lack of school curriculum evaluation management system. The reasons that lead to problems in the evaluation of the school curriculum are follows:the school curriculum research started late and incomplete, ignore the school curriculum evaluation management. Countermeasures against the problem are:to explore the mode of school curriculum evaluation management, to set up the review committee of school curriculum, to set up reasonable evaluation and improve the evaluation of school curriculum.Finally, we have an research an outlook on the research of school curriculum management, we should make the essential request of the school curriculum clear, affirm the importance of the school curriculum. School curriculum itself should pay attention to the reality and reflect their own characteristics, and give full play to the various cooperation strength, thus can make the school curriculum construction into exquisite course. |
