Construction And Empirical Research On Evaluation System Of Campus Football Competition In Hebei Province Based On DPSIR Model

In 2019,the Ministry of Education held a special report on the development of youth campus football,proposing to strengthen the construction of campus football system.In order to promote the healthy development of campus football competition in Hebei Province and strengthen the management of campus football competition,it is necessary to evaluate the campus football competition effectively.Therefore,the establishment of the evaluation index system of campus football competition in Hebei Province based on DPSIR model is conducive to scientific and clear quantitative evaluation of the development of campus football competition activities in Hebei Province,and guide the management and development of campus football competition in Hebei Province in a more scientific way.The evaluation system based on DPSIR model was initially constructed by using the methods of literature review and expert interview.After two rounds of Delphi questionnaire,experts were asked to rate the importance of each index,and the evaluation index was revised according to data processing and expert opinions.Through two rounds of Delphi method,based on DPSIR model,each index of the evaluation index system of campus football competition in Hebei Province is determined.According to the scores of experts on the weights of evaluation indicators,the weights of criteria-level indicators and indicators-level indicators are determined by rank sum operation,and then the scores of each evaluation indicator are determined.Through field investigation and other methods,the selected survey objects are applied empirically,which proves that it is feasible,scientific and reasonable,and can truly reflect the development of campus football competition.The specific conclusions are as follows:1.Based on DPSIR model and Delphi method,the evaluation index system of campus football competition in Hebei Province is in line with the logical relationship of the development of campus football in Hebei Province.It can evaluate the development of campus football competition in Hebei Province objectively,effectively and fairly,and has strong practical significance and practicability.2.By using Delphi method,the evaluation index system of campus football competition in Hebei Province based on DPSIR model is determined,which consists of 5criterion level indexes,including driving force,pressure,state,influence and response indexes,and 26 index level indexes.3.The rank sum operation method was used to calculate the weight of each evaluation index.Criterion layer index weight from high to low is status index(0.249),driving force index(0.236),response index(0.231),pressure index(0.151),influence index(0.133).4.The comprehensive evaluation level of campus football competition in Hebei Province is "exemplary" : The evaluation index system built on the basis of DPSIR model uses the questionnaire survey method and other methods to carry out an empirical study on the selected 12 campuses.The study concludes that the evaluation level of campus football competition in Hebei Province is in the "exemplary" level,and that there is still a huge space for improvement and development of campus football competition in Hebei Province.
