Research On The Development And Optimization Of The Campus Football Competition System In Henan Province

From 2009 to 2021,campus football has successively issued a number of documents,to increase efforts to develop campus football,the development of campus football in Henan Province in 2009-2014 as the initial exploration stage,in 2015-2020 as the initial stage,in 2015 the State Council promulgated the "Overall Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football" opened a new stage in the development of youth campus football,Henan Campus Football has also entered a golden period of development.In the stage of rapid development of campus football in Henan Province,there are many problems,this paper from the basic components of the competition system for research and analysis,specifically manifested in five aspects,the competition goals are not unified enough,some organizational structure is not reasonable enough,the school event system is not perfect enough,the competition resources are not rich enough,the rules and regulations are not sound enough.These problems hinder the development of campus football in middle schools in Henan Province,this paper mainly studies the campus football competition system of middle schools in Henan Province,and conducts field visits and surveys through field visits and surveys of campus football characteristic schools in 11 prefectures and cities in Henan Province,Luoyang,Sanmenxia,Nanyang,Kaifeng,Xinyang,Shangqiu,Luohe,Xinxiang,Puyang,Anyang,Zhengzhou and other places.Find the obstacles to the development of the campus football competition system in Henan Province,and put forward opinions and suggestions on the development of the campus football competition system in Henan Province,so as to improve and optimize it.This study mainly uses the literature method,survey method,mathematical statistics method,and logical analysis method to draw the following main conclusions:1.The basic framework of campus football in Henan Middle School has been formed,from the construction of four beams and eight pillars,and gradually shifted to "interior decoration",which is being done in detail.The four horizontal and four vertical competition system patterns in Henan Province have been completed,the overall operation is good,and the scientific and efficient competition system pattern of the four horizontal(primary school-junior high school-high school-university)(principal cup-county,district mayor cup-mayor cup-governor cup)has promoted the development of campus football in middle schools in Henan Province,trained many batches of outstanding student athletes,and promoted the overall development of campus football in Henan Province.2.The competition objectives are not uniform enough.The goals of competitions at all levels are not clear,the goals of intramural competitions are vague,the most important thing is to form a good campus culture,so as to better popularize campus football,cultivate students’ interest in football,and the final point should fall on the popularization,the psychology of inter-school competitions is serious,the influence of other levels of leagues in addition to the Governor’s Cup is weak,and the social attention in the region is low.3.Some of the organizational structure is not reasonable enough.The "Notice on the Basic Requirements of Campus Football Characteristic Schools in Henan Province" clearly stipulates that campus football characteristic schools should establish a leading group for the principal responsibility system,and23.3% of the campus football characteristic schools in Henan Province surveyed have not been established.The Education Bureau,which is in charge of campus football work,and the local campus football office are not smoothly connected,and the transmission of information is missing.There is a lack of effective supervision institutions,and the local education departments do not supervise and inspect football schools enough.4.The intramural event system is not perfect.There is a single type of competition in the school,and the participation of ordinary students is ignored.Female students are less likely to participate in school soccer and lack of soccer activities and competitions for girls.Zhengzhou,Luoyang,the overall effect of the campus football four-level competition system is better,Puyang,Xinxiang,Kaifeng,regional campus football development atmosphere has begun to take shape,Sanmenxia,Luohe,Shangqiu,Anyang campus football development foundation is poor,the development between regions is unbalanced,the development between regional schools is unbalanced.5.The competition resources are not rich enough.Henan Province’s secondary school campus football funding is insufficient.From the perspective of field resources,remote areas need to further increase the construction and improvement of football venues.From the perspective of human resources,the academic qualifications of football coaches in Henan Province are mainly bachelor’s degrees,most of them are non-professional football coaches,their professional ability is not strong,and there is little teacher training.Referees are mainly bachelor’s degrees.Nearly a quarter of undocumented referees need to further regulate the team of referees.6.The rules and regulations are not sound enough.Intramural competitions,lack of competition evaluation.Student-athletes and teams have fewer types of awards in interscholastic competitions.There are fewer awards in intramural competitions,the examination and approval procedures for students’ participation qualifications are not rigorous enough,and in the county(district)mayor’s cup and mayor’s cup,there are often borrowing team members,which undermines the concept of fair and just competition in campus football.7.From an ideological point of view,leaders at all levels attach great importance to the championship of campus football inter-school competitions,ignoring the importance of intramural competitions,and intramural competitions are the soil for the real development of campus football.From the perspective of the school,the contradiction between school training is still relatively prominent,the middle school is facing greater pressure to go to school at this stage,and the support of class teachers and parents for campus football is not very high.This stage of secondary school is a critical period for the development of campus football,and it is crucial to deal with the contradictions between learning and training and open up the channels for talents to rise.From a social point of view,the social attention of the competitions held at all levels is low,and the hope of young people as a nation is low.Optimize the path: unify the competition goals,clarify the relationship between popularization and improvement,and do a solid job of popularization.Consolidate the organizational structure,create a county(district)-city-provincial three-level supervision system,refine the assessment content of the supervision department,increase the inspection of campus football,implement real-time control of the development of campus football in the form of secret visits and inspections,and further improve the punishment measures.Continuously improve the intramural competition system and explore friendly competitions in surrounding schools.Expand funding sources through multiple channels,increase the construction of human resources and venue resources,continuously improve rules and regulations,and pay attention to the publicity and guidance of football atmosphere.
