In 2013,the General Office of the State Council issued a notice on the issuance of the National Tourism and Leisure Outline(2013-2020),which clearly stated the need to "gradually promote research and study travel for primary and secondary school students".However,local education departments and relevant research and learning bases did not fully consider the services required for primary and secondary school students’ research and learning travel activities.The service quality of each research and learning base is worrying,with problems such as immature services,disorderly market competition,and inconsistent quality,resulting in a weak experience of research and learning tourism services and urgent adjustments.This article takes the case of Fenghu Camp’s research-oriented tourism as a case study,and from the perspective of user experience,establishes an evaluation model for the quality of research-oriented tourism services,delves into the root causes of the problems,and points out the direction for improving the quality of research-oriented tourism services in Fenghu Camp.The main aspects include: firstly,an overview and environmental analysis of Fenghu Camp’s research-oriented tourism,including a brief introduction to Fenghu Camp’s research-oriented tourism,an analysis of tourism resources and environment Analyze the competitive environment of tourism,in order to gain a deeper understanding of the actual situation and resource situation of research tourism at the Fenghu Camp;Secondly,the evaluation and cause analysis of the service quality of the research tourism base in the Fenghu Camp.In response to the selection of a service quality evaluation model,based on the SERVQUAL research tourism service quality evaluation index system,the evaluation of the service quality of the Fenghu Camp research tourism base is analyzed,and the specific reasons for the low service quality are proposed,including: insufficient curriculum innovation ability,insufficient comprehensive ability of mentors Analysis of the reasons for weak overall service awareness and the need to improve hardware settings;Thirdly,propose strategies to improve the quality of research and tourism services at the Storm Lake Camp,including innovation in products and courses,continuous improvement of mentor capabilities,improvement of overall service awareness,and improvement of scenic area security capabilities.This article aims to further improve the overall service quality and efficiency of research tourism in the Fenghu Camp,and provide certain solutions and suggestions for the development of other research campsites.
