Vocational education is employment education.The integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation are all aimed at achieving better employment.At the same time,the integration mode of production and education also provides a guarantee for schools to train marketable talents.According to Tibet's 13 th Five-Year Plan for Industrial Development,Tibet will focus on the development of seven key industries including plateau biology,tourism,clean energy,green industry,modern service industry,high-tech digital industry and border trade logistics.Whether it is tourism,modern service industry or border trade logistics,the development cannot be separated from business service talents.Vocational education is the education that is most closely linked with social and economic development.The major in economy and management in secondary vocational school is to train skilled talents in management.By means of questionnaire survey,field investigation and literature analysis,this paper studies the current situation of Integration of production and education in secondary vocational schools in Tibet.This paper mainly studies and analyzes the curriculum structure,class hours,teaching plan and practical training program of major in economy and management.Questionnaire survey for the teachers and students,including training objectives,professional quality,difficulty of the class,class hour arrangement,teaching material contents,course design,school-enterprise cooperation and so on.We found that there are some problems: in terms of textbooks,the practical level is relatively low;In teaching,the teaching mode is traditional.In terms of practical training,the construction of students' practical training course is not perfect.Professional teachers lack enterprise work experience;Part-time teachers in enterprises give fewer lectures.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: first,strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and developing practical textbooks suitable for local development;Second,innovative teaching mode,both theoretical knowledge and practical skills;Third,improve the construction of training base,increase the number of training courses;Fourth,professional teacher's teaching docking production process,improve practical experience;Fifth,increasing the number of part-time teacher's course.This research hopes to promote the coordinated development of major in economy and management and regional economy under the background of integration of production and education.Finally to improve the utilization rate of educational resources,cultivate "marketable" talents to meet the development needs of Tibet's service industry,effectively improve the efficiency of secondary vocational education,and promote Tibet's secondary vocational education to fully serve the development of regional economy.
