Under the background of"Double reduction" policy and educational information,online learning has gradually entered the vision of schools,parents,cram schools and other education-related groups,and received more and more attention.With the increasing number of female employees,dual-career families are becoming more and more common,breaking through the time and space conditions of online learning to become a dual-career families important way of learning for children.At the same time,the autonomy of online learning also puts forward higher learning ability requirements for dual-career children who lack parental supervision.Therefore,it is of great significance to protect the children’s online learning effect and improve their online learning ability.Based on the cognitive behavior theory and social learning theory,this study focused on the problem of insufficient online learning ability of children from dual-working families in D Primary School.Firstly,the authors collected data by questionnaire,literature review and semi-structured interview to analyze the deficiency and causes of children’s online learning ability in D primary school.Based on the consideration of the needs of the group members,seven group activities were carried out from the four levels of network and computer skills,learning motivation,cognitive ability and self-management ability.Through the analysis of the evaluation results of the group members,parents and the quantitative evaluation results of the workers,it is found that the online learning ability of the group members has been improved to different degrees,the group working method has advantages in improving the online learning ability of children in dual-career families,but it also has some limitations,such as insufficient involvement of dual-career parents,lack of education on network security knowledge and skills,in view of the problems such as insufficient external resource links,the workers proposed the corresponding improvement measures,advocated the parents to participate in the online activities together,and helped the group members to establish the correct network security concept,we hope to further promote the application and development of group work in the field of enhancing the online learning ability of children from dual-career families. |
