In recent years, with the rapid economic development, workaholic (Workaholism) such an extreme work-centered man appeared, led researchers focus on the center of the work. The research work and family interface has also been the focus of attention of researchers. Based on the previous studies, the variables selected areas of work as a work center of the antecedents, and results of the actual situation in China, discusses the centrality of work and work-the relationship between family conflict. Further investigation of the psychological variables at work from the center of the work-the intermediary role played by the conflict between the family. At the same time, also inspected the work center of the work-the impact of family conflict between husband and wife in the presence or absence of asymmetric cross effects and how such effects play a role.This study used questionnaire,150pairs of dual-earner couples take part in the pairing investigation, through the analysis conclusion is as follows:(l)work centrality and workâ†'family conflict were positively correlated.(2)Female individual work centrality and psychological detachment was a negative correlation,between males there is no such correlation.(3)Individual psychological detachment and work-family conflict is negatively correlated.(4)Psychological detachment has an intermediary role between work centers and work-family conflict.(5)In dual-career couple families, the impact of individual work centers on the work-family conflict does not exist cross effects.
