Primary school class culture construction is the essential content in school work,class culture construction subtly influences students’ study and life,more and more widely into people’s perspective,educators expect to create more,better,more conducive to students’ development and progress in research and practice class culture.The theory of "sunshine education" provides new theoretical support for class culture construction.This paper explores the current situation of class culture construction from the perspective of "sunshine education",the existing problems,and the corresponding solution strategies,taking into account the current school philosophy and classroom teachers’ own work experience,The study of these problems promotes the development of campus culture construction and is of some significance to the realization of education reform goals.In this study,the author’s school,Primary School H,was used as the research object.First,forty-seven classes in the school were observed using the observational research method to understand the current situation of class culture construction from the school level.Then,a questionnaire survey was conducted on one hundred and sixty students in Primary School H by using the questionnaire survey method to understand the current status of class culture construction from the student level.Further,using the interview method,we interviewed twelve classroom teachers in Primary School H to understand the current situation of class culture construction at the level of classroom teachers.Firstly,class material culture reflects "sunshine education",but the presentation is not significant enough;secondly,class behavior culture practices "sunshine education",but formalism predominates;thirdly,class system culture strives for "sunshine education",but the implementation is superficial;fourthly,class behavior culture practices "sunshine education",but the implementation is superficial.Fourth,the class spiritual culture advocates "sunshine education",but does not form a complete system.The reason for the above problems is that,firstly,the education authorities lack guidelines in the construction of campus culture and class culture;Secondly,schools lack systematic strategies in building class culture;Third,classroom teachers are more passive in class culture construction.Based on this,the author tries to propose a strategy to solve the problem.Firstly,from the level of education authorities,we should strengthen the publicity and promote the concept of cultural construction;carry out training for principals to provide corresponding management strategies;and fulfill their supervisory duties to ensure its orderly implementation.Secondly,at the school level,we should explore the role of campus culture to create a suitable environment for "sunshine education";implement various incentive strategies to promote its penetration into teaching;and organize regular teacher training to enhance its implementation.Finally,at the level of classroom teachers,they should correctly understand the value of "sunshine education" and pay attention to class culture construction and self-improvement.
