In school education, the professional quality of teachers, and the schoolcampus environment, and many other factors affect the development ofstudents. Besides these elements, the class culture also influence the qualityeducation of school. Class culture has a subtle education strength, which canguide the students, restrain students’ behavior, nurture the students’ emotion,help the students form the correct moral values, and improve the students’psychological quality development. The fine class culture will help theteacher guide the student’s values, form a positive atmosphere group and agood human relations. Therefore, both the school and teachers shouldstrengthen the construction of class culture.There are many problems on the construction of the class culture in theprimary school. Among them, the less attention to the class activities and themonotone are the common problems. The teachers know little on what classculture construction is, and practice less. The themes of the class cultureconstruction activities are very narrow. When teachers have a problem, theyusually discuss with the other teachers, but not try to seek a better solution.For parents, few parents can put forward some constructive suggestions.Parents often cooperate with the teacher in class culture constructionaccording to the teachers’ requirements.The purpose of this study is to aim at reflecting and summarizing theclass culture of the primary schools. Through the existing problems, theauthor puts forward some corresponding strategies. The author does hopethese strategies can give some reference to the cultural construction of primary class and more ideas about the class construction. Teachers can havea more comprehensive and more profound understanding. Only in this waycan the teacher conduct the interesting, special and unique class cultureconstruction.This article uses method of literature, interview method, and observationresearch. This article summarized the theoretical knowledge on theconstruction of class culture, and analyzed cognitive characteristics,emotional characteristics of the pupils with the hope of regarding the students’cognition and emotion characteristics as the breakthrough point for the classculture construction. The author interviewed and investigated the localschools and teachers about the present situation of the construction of thelower grade class culture. At the same time, the author, according toconstruction of class culture of daily experience also puts forward someproblems.Through the analysis of the present situation of the construction of classculture area, the author found the organizations carried out are less, andmonotonous. The content are not rich and colorful enough, and lackcharacteristic. Meanwhile, the teachers did not pay enough attention to thecultural construction.. If there are other more important things, it is the classculture construction is usually given up. For the construction of class cultureis usually just based on the requirements of the school, there are fewteachers who is voluntary and the initiative to do this work.According to these problems, the author puts forward the junior classculture construction strategy which is suitable for the development of students.First of all, this paper proposes the construction of harmonious class culture.Class culture construction can try to combine with local unique culture tostrengthen the students with this region culture characteristics ofunderstanding, strengthen primary school students to know and love the localculture. At the same time, the teacher in charge will fully realize theimportance of the construction of class culture. The teacher in charge shouldbe able to do it even if, without the request of school, they can also take an active, spontaneous, rich and colorful class culture construction activities.
