Facing the key period of poverty alleviation,it is the basic driving force to maintain long-term stable economic growth to actively exert the marginal benefit of human capital.Just as Samuelson's law of diminishing marginal benefits holds that when a certain factor continues to increase to a certain value,its unit output will show a downward trend,the current employment situation of college graduates in China is becoming more and more serious,and many developed coastal areas have seen the phenomenon of "depreciation of talents".At the same time,even in the economically underdeveloped grass-roots areas,even if the state issued relevant preferential policies,there are still a large number of vacancies,which mainly lies in the students by the traditional concept of employment and modern concept of the conflict,in the process of career choice can not accurately locate themselves leading to structural unemployment serious phenomenon.Budieu's field theory holds that individual behavior choices are influenced by field factors,and that family's cultural capital as the first field of individual learning and growth has important explanatory significance to individual behavior preference,thinking logic and cognitive concept.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the influence relationship between family field and xinjiang university students' willingness to work at the grass-roots level from the research perspective of family cultural capital,to understand the employment psychology of college students,to predict the employment behavior of college students at the grass-roots level,and to guide the grass-roots employment of college students.The research of 1096 graduates from 6 colleges and universities in Xinjiang carried out quantitative and qualitative analysis on the impact of family Chinese capital on the willingness of college students to find employment at the grass-roots level using literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview method.In order to guide college students' grass-roots employment more accurately and effectively,and to relieve the pressure of college students' employment,this paper tries to explore the following three questions from the perspective of family cultural capital research: 1)Is there a correlation between family cultural capital and college students' grass-roots employment? 2)What is the difference between the different levels of family cultural capital on the willingness of college students to find employment at the grass-roots level? 3)How does family cultural capital affect college students' willingness to work at the grass-roots level? In combination with the relevant theories,the study divides the family cultural capital into concrete cultural capital,objective cultural capital and institutionalized cultural capital,and on the premise that the research index on family cultural capital is covered as much as possible in the previous literature,According to the connotation of the development of family cultural capital and the research needs to divide the concrete cultural capital into family education mode and individual character advantage,objective cultural capital is divided into family reading and family cultural product stake,and the institutionalized cultural capital is divided into parents' education level,parent's occupation type and parents' political outlook.SPSS22.0 software is used to carry out descriptive statistics,related analysis,difference analysis and OLS regression analysis of the family cultural capital and college students' grass-roots employment intention.In addition,on the basis of empirical analysis,the interview data of 6 interviewees were collated by case law and attribution analysis method and the following results were obtained: 1)there was a significant correlation between the three dimensions of family cultural capital and the willingness of college students to find employment at the grass-roots level.2)There are significant differences in the influence of the various dimensions of family cultural capital on the grass-roots employment of college students.3)The various dimensions of family cultural capital have a significant positive influence on the willingness of college students to base employment at the grass-roots level,but there is still much room for improvement in the overall contribution is not strong.The influence of family cultural capital on the grass-roots employment of college students is as follows: 1)Concrete cultural capital is the core factor to explain the inherent logic of individual behavior.Through the form of family upbringing,it has a subtle influence on individual speech and behavior,behavior and cultivation,and has a decisive influence on the individual's willingness to work.2)Objective family cultural capital is a reference factor for individual choice to integrate into society,and reading atmosphere and artistic appreciation ability have a significant effect on their future career choice preferences.3)Institutionalized family cultural capital is a powerful external explanatory factor in the process of individual employment,and the relationship between parents' education,occupational type and political outlook is related to the family economic level,and is a powerful external interference factor in the process of individual grass-roots employment.According to the results of the study,the family cultural capital in all dimensions affects each other's willingness to work at the grass-roots level,the good family cultural capital has a significant positive influence on the college students' willingness to work at the grass-roots level,the traditional impression of the labor market on grass-roots employment is being gradually broken,and more and more families recognize and accept grass-roots employment units.However,there are still problems such as insufficient strength of the willingness of college students to employ at the grass-roots level,and the proportion of graduates who really understand the grass-roots employment policy is relatively low.In this regard,the government should provide more cultural resources to the economically backward areas and weak schools,realize the balanced distribution of the cultural capital of the whole society,so as to enhance the overall awareness of the pattern of human capital;Parents should pay more attention to the content and way of education,and be good at exploring and enriching the existing cultural capital to create a good family atmosphere for their children.
