| Kindergarten education activities,the kindergarten curriculum belongs to the important carrier,and kindergarten characteristic,high quality quantitative and standardization development is closely linked,in recent years,the kindergarten education guidelines(try out)"gradually implemented,the kindergarten curriculum reform continuously strengthen,a lot of the educator to realize the development of kindergarten education,the The traditional Chinese silk culture has played a great role in promoting the integration of silk culture into kindergarten curriculum.Therefore,the silk cultural resources are excavated and integrated into the kindergarten curriculum.First of all,The Times have certain requirements for the reform and development of kindergarten curriculum,which makes the kindergarten curriculum resources more abundant and promotes the cultural adaptability of kindergarten curriculum to be significantly improved.The development and utilization of silk cultural resources can also enrich children’s lives,stimulate their love for the traditional culture of the motherland,and contribute to the inheritance and development of silk culture.Therefore,it is of great value to carry out research on the development of silk culture curriculum in kindergartens.The study mainly used the action research method,and collected data by observation,interview,and literature.On the basis of the understanding of the curriculum development and utilization theory,we cooperated with the preschool teachers of the large class of A Kindergarten to carry out the action research on the development and utilization of the silk culture curriculum.Research on cultural ecological theory and cultural consciousness theory,create education and living education theory,constructivism and humanism theory as the guiding ideology,according to the kindergarten curriculum development objectives,kindergarten curriculum development content,kindergarten curriculum development principle,kindergarten curriculum development evaluation four link requirements,to "the kindergarten education guidelines(trial)" and children’s physical and mental development characteristics,based on the reality of A kindergarten and the surrounding culture,develop silk culture curriculum development plan.The plan implements the plan from understanding the Chinese silk production,understanding the silk,cultivating the silk spirit of the design game activity content,according to the steps of observation,action,achievement sharing,exchange,reflection and other steps.Through the spirit of the design game activity content,according to the steps of observation,action,achievement sharing,exchange,reflection and other steps.Through the implementation of silk culture curriculum development program,preschool children enhance the knowledge,experience and interest of silk culture,promote the professional growth of teachers,innovate the way of curriculum development and implementation,and propose the educational administrative departments to support the introduction of silk culture related policies,ensure the implementation;organize teams of experts to develop silk cultural resources development and utilization courses;carry out training,to improve the ability of curriculum independently.Kindergarten administrators should cooperate with the external social resources to establish silk culture park;establish a reward mechanism for preschool teachers in the development and utilization of curriculum resources;establish silk culture curriculum resource database and realize resource sharing. |
