| On September 7th,2012,the State Council issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Balanced Development of Compulsory Education",emphatically emphasizing the need to further advance the balanced development of compulsory education,concentrate on enhancing the performance of rural and under-performing schools,and make a complete enhancement of the quality of compulsory education.The current issue of the disparity in educational resources between cities and rural areas,particularly the scarcity of educational resources in rural regions of limited strength,must be tackled with great urgency in China.The emergence of delivery classes has promoted the resolution of this issue,which is an effective way to address the significant difference in the level of teachers between poor and developed areas,as well as an effective way to achieve balanced development of compulsory education and high-quality and balanced development in county areas.The "13th Five Year Plan" for Educational Informatization(2011-2020)also proposes to actively promote the delivery classroom.In the delivery classroom model,teachers and students are in a separate state,and a lecturer can deliver educational information to one or more places with guidance from auxiliary teachers,which also provides convenience for some schools with insufficient teachers in most county compulsory education.In order to deeply study the current situation of the application of express delivery classes in county compulsory education schools,how well students and teachers accept express delivery classes,the application mode and teaching effectiveness of express delivery classes,and what factors affect teaching effectiveness,etc.,this study conducts empirical research from the perspective of teachers,students,and the teaching environment.This study used Literature Research,questionnaire survey,interviews and structured observation.First of all,through Quality and balanced development of county compulsory education,delivery classes,teaching effectiveness of the relevant policies and literature,design the questionnaire,interview outline and classroom observation form of the application and teaching effect of the Special Delivery Class in county compulsory education schools;Taking the H Center School and its management teaching point in Cuiping district of Yibin City as the research object,through the implementation of the questionnaire and interviews with teachers,students and education administrators,to understand the status quo,teacher-student acceptance and problems of the application delivery classroom in county compulsory education schools;Based on interviews with administrators of the education and Sports Bureau and school administrators in Cuiping district,Yibin,this paper reviews and analyzes the application patterns of couriers in compulsory education schools in the county,the structural observation and record were made to the teachers and students of an English delivery class in H Center School by selecting the teaching samples,to analyze the coverage levels of classroom teaching resources,teachers’ teaching and students’ learning behaviors,and to study the effectiveness of classroom teaching of compulsory education delivery in county compulsory education schools,based on the survey data,this paper analyzes the teaching effect and influencing factors of the delivery class in county compulsory education schools,finds out the problems in the delivery class in county compulsory education schools,and puts forward the optimized strategies.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)delivery classes have basically solved the problem of the scarcity of educational resources in county compulsory education schools,and teachers and students have a high level of acceptance of delivery classes;However,there are still many problems,such as the lack of cooperation and communication among teachers,the need to improve teachers’ reflection on teaching,the need to improve the interaction between teachers and students,and the existing problems in the training and management of teachers by the teaching and Sports Bureau and Schools;(2)the gradual implementation of the classroom application model of the county-based delivery system includes the“1 + N synchronous live broadcast model”,“1+ N synchronous interactive model”,“Recording model” and “Courier Model”;(3)the teaching resources cover all rural compulsory education schools,and the special delivery subjects mainly involve Chinese,music,art,English,etc.,through observing students’ learning behavior and teachers’ teaching behavior,we find that students’ learning effect is better,but there are some problems in teacher-student interaction;(4)the effectiveness of the delivery classes in county compulsory education schools is influenced by the teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching interaction,teacher factors and students’ learning enthusiasm,students’ learning concentration,students’ learning affective tendency,and environmental factors,the three factors of students’ learning enthusiasm,learning concentration and learning emotion tendency have a greater influence on the teaching effect.This study proposes the following strategies for the application of courier classes in county compulsory education schools at the levels of government and educational organizations,schools,teachers and students:(1)From the perspective of government and educational organizations,it is necessary to optimize the construction of network and equipment and educational resources so as to improve the allocation of resources;(2)From the school level,schools should interact and communicate with each other,regularly carry out online teaching and research activities,attach importance to the development of evaluation mechanisms for delivery classes,and effectively implement strict management of delivery classes;(3)From the teacher’s perspective,the leading teacher should make full preparation before class,build a good cooperative relationship with the assistant teacher to communicate regularly,pay attention to the interaction with students in class,and actively reflect on teaching after class,at the same time,encourage themselves to actively use the delivery classroom teaching,improve their own shortcomings,improve their proficiency in the delivery classroom control of self-confidence;(4)From the student level,it is necessary to pay attention to students’ participation,stimulate their active learning awareness,and improve their concentration and enthusiasm. |
