| In Our country,an important way to select talents is the college entrance examination,the reform of the higher education entrance examination system has not stopped the pace of progress since the resumption of the college entrance examination,and the new college entrance examination program has made the geography teaching one of the major hot issues in the field of geography research.In 2018,the third batch of pilot provinces and cities for the new college entrance examination in the country adopted the "3+1+2" model,and the first-year students of ordinary high schools who began to enroll in the fall began to implement the new college entrance examination plan,and in 2021,this group of students participated in the new college entrance examination.In 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the "General High School Geography Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)",which integrates the three-dimensional goals in the 2003 version of the curriculum standards,condenses the core literacy of the discipline based on the essence of geography disciplines,and the revision of the curriculum standards responds to the reform of the examination enrollment system from many aspects,and the new college entrance examination reform and the revision of the new curriculum standards put forward higher requirements and challenges for geography teachers and geography teaching.At present,the geography teaching of high schools in Henan Province is in the reform transition period of "new curriculum standards-old college entrance examinations-new teaching materials",still using the "3 + comprehensive / comprehensive" approach,and is extremely cautious about each step of the reform of the college entrance examination enrollment system,but at the Henan Provincial Education Work Conference in January 2022,it was decided to start the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination in 2022,in order to make the college entrance examination reform smoothly implemented,it is necessary to fully summarize the experience of the pilot area and further improve the relevant education policies and measures.In view of this,the paper firstly introduces the requirements of geography teaching in senior high school,the background of the times and the present situation of college entrance examination reform at home and abroad,and puts forward the purpose and significance of this paper.Secondly,based on rogers’ s theory of semantic learning,the theory of human all-round development and the theory of educational process optimization,this paper analyzes the current college entrance examination reform policy and the plan of college entrance examination reform by consulting the literature.At the same time,some high schools in Kaifeng City,Henan Province,were investigated by questionnaire and interview to understand the present situation of geography teaching in non-pilot areas.Thirdly,drawing on the experience of the new college entrance examination reform in Suizhou city,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the upcoming college entrance examination reform in Kaifeng city,discusses its existing problems in depth,and integrates the teaching design into the corresponding teaching strategy.Finally,the main conclusions,innovations,inadequacies and prospects of the problem are drawn.The survey found that the difficulties encountered in the implementation of the new college entrance examination reform in Suizhou Include:(1)due to insufficient teacher strength and educational investment,there are difficulties in the implementation of the shift system;(2)the new college entrance examination policy and concept are more difficult to implement in high schools with poor student sources;(3)in the context of test-oriented education,it has not departed from the traditional teaching mode.At the same time,Suizhou City has also accumulated a lot of experience in response to the reform of the new college entrance examination,one is that geography teaching closely follows the direction of the college entrance examination,the grasp of the teaching content refers to the geography curriculum standards,adopts different teaching strategies for the examination class and the optional examination class,constantly updates the teaching concept,and pays attention to the cultivation of students’ geography core literacy;second,in the selection of subjects,there are more students who choose geography,and schools and education departments should popularize career planning education,guide students to choose subjects,and can also determine the number of subject combinations according to the status of students’ selection of subjects;third,in terms of teaching evaluation,Constantly improve the teaching evaluation system,weaken the concept of scores,and attach equal importance to process evaluation and final evaluation;fourth,in terms of the shift system,step by step carry out shift teaching according to the actual situation.According to the field survey,the analysis and summary of the problems existing in the high school geography teaching in Kaifeng City under the background of the new college entrance examination are:(1)front-line geography teachers and students do not have enough understanding of the reform policies related to the college entrance examination;(2)some geography teachers’ teaching methods are still based on traditional teaching methods and case teaching methods,and the teaching methods lack innovation;(3)some high school geography teachers do not have a sufficient grasp of the depth of teaching of the content of teaching materials;(4)geography teachers are less integrated into career planning education in the teaching process,and the career planning education system for students is not perfect;(5)Geography teachers’ teaching evaluation of students is still based on the value orientation of achievement,and the comprehensive evaluation method is single.In view of the problems existing in the geography teaching of high schools in Kaifeng City under the background of the new college entrance examination,combined with the geographical reform experience,teaching rules and the actual situation of students in the pilot area of the new college entrance examination reform,corresponding solution strategies are proposed for teachers’ geography teaching:(1)it is necessary to fully develop and use case teaching methods to strengthen the cultivation of students’ geographical learning ability,practical ability and innovation ability;(2)implement hierarchical teaching methods,reasonably divide students into different levels,meet the needs of all kinds of students,innovate teaching methods,and teach according to their aptitudes.Gradually build a scientific shift mechanism;(3)through the development of school-based curriculum,the integration of teaching material content,grasp the depth of teaching,so as to improve teaching efficiency;(4)focus on the future development of students,guide students to select subjects,in the geography teaching appropriately integrated into career planning education,guide students to carry out career planning;(5)pay attention to student development,the use of comprehensive and diverse geography teaching evaluation methods. |
