Research On Talent Cultivation Mode Of Industrial Colleges Of Applied Universities

The current industrial restructuring and economic and social transformation require applied universities to actively adapt to the new situation of regional industrial development,to precisely match with the talent demand of regional economic and social development,and to alleviate the problem of misalignment between the talent supply side and the industry demand side.The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the Guide for the Construction of Modern Industrial Colleges(for Trial Implementation)in 2020,which clarifies that colleges and universities with close industrial development,especially applied colleges and universities,should actively take the initiative to join with regional industry enterprises to build a number of talent training entities integrating the functions of talent training,scientific and technological research and development,and transformation of achievements,etc.The construction and development of industrial colleges of applied universities are The construction and development of industrial colleges of applied universities is elevated to an unprecedented important position.The industrial college of applied university is a new type of talent cultivation organization which is built to support and serve the needs of important industries or pillar industries of regional economic development,and is a new type of talent cultivation organization with multiple subjects such as universities,industries,enterprises and government.By taking the industrial college as a platform,the applied university cooperates with the industry and enterprises to develop talent cultivation program,professional setting,curriculum construction,build practice base and teacher team construction,etc.,so as to precisely match the employment demand of the industry and enterprises,improve the quality of talent cultivation and achieve the purpose of collaborative development of talent cultivation and regional economy and society.This paper defines the concepts of "applied university,industrial college and talent cultivation mode" based on the relevant domestic and foreign literature and takes "stakeholder theory and synergy theory" as the theoretical support,and constructs an analysis framework of talent cultivation mode of industrial college of applied university.On the basis of this framework,the analysis of talent training mode of industrial colleges of applied universities was conducted.On this basis,the talent training mode of Sichuan Tea Industry College of X College was taken as a case study,and information was collected through field research,questionnaire distribution to teachers and students of Sichuan Tea Industry College,and interviews with college leaders and enterprise managers.From the perspective of multiple interest subjects involved in the talent training mode of the industrial college,especially the school,enterprises and government-related interest subjects,we understand the current situation and dilemma of the talent training mode of Sichuan tea industrial college,analyze the causes of the problems,and finally propose the reform path of the talent training mode of the industrial college of applied universities.Through the research found that the Sichuan tea industry college talent training mode exists talent training program development lack of industry subject depth participation,professional settings and regional industry chain disconnect,curriculum system industry-education integration is not deep,teachers professional practice ability is not enough,student assessment and evaluation subject dimension single,employment quality to be improved and other problems.The reason for this is that the degree of integration between schools and enterprises is not high,which is manifested in the lack of motivation and participation of enterprises,the lack of smooth resource sharing channels among subjects,the lack of communication and coordination among subjects of collaborative education,the lack of information and resource sharing,the imperfect operation mechanism of Sichuan Tea Industry College,the government does not play a coordinating role,the lack of guidance,and the lack of protection for the interests of schools and industry enterprises.In view of the above problems,under the guidance of the analytical framework of talent training mode of industrial colleges of applied universities constructed in this paper,the reform path of talent training mode of industrial colleges of applied universities is proposed from the relevant interest subjects of talent training,repositioning the roles of government,schools and enterprises,playing the role of multi-body collaborative education.
