The new curriculum standards for physical education and health divide the core competencies of the subject of physical education into three dimensions: athletic ability,healthy behavior,and sports morality.In response to the cultivation of students’ healthy behavior,the new curriculum standards state that health education modules are an important content of physical education and health courses,with health education as the starting point to promote the formation and development of students’ healthy behavior.However,given the continuous decline in students’ physical health levels and the frequent occurrence of campus safety accidents,physical education teachers,as the main responsible persons for school health education work and leaders in the formation and development of students’ health behaviors,have important theoretical and practical significance in strengthening the cultivation and evaluation of physical education teachers’ health literacy.Therefore,this study constructs an evaluation index system for the health literacy of middle school physical education teachers,exerting the functions of guidance,diagnosis,improvement,and motivation in evaluation,promoting improvement and training through evaluation,providing a scientific and reliable reference basis for the high-quality development of school health education work and the improvement of middle school physical education teachers’ health literacy.This study takes the construction of the health literacy evaluation index system of secondary school physical education teachers as the research object,fully refers to the relevant research on health literacy at home and abroad,combines the "K-A-P" theory,the theory of comprehensive human development,the developmental teacher evaluation and other theories,and uses the literature method,Delphi method,rank and algorithm and other research methods,and conducts in-depth connotation discussion and specific construction operation of the health literacy evaluation index system of secondary school physical education teachers,and finally draws the following conclusions:(1)The health literacy of secondary school physical education teachers refers to the ability of physical education teachers in middle school to acquire physical and health knowledge and concepts in daily life and social practice,and then form good physical and health skills,and under the guidance of the idea of "health first",use their own physical education and health knowledge and skills to make correct health decisions and actions to maintain and promote their own and students’ physical and mental health,and develop a healthy lifestyle.(2)Based on the comprehensive combing of policy documents and literature,a set of evaluation index system was preliminarily formulated,and the initial evaluation index system was revised and improved through three rounds of expert investigation by Delphi method,and finally determined the health literacy evaluation index system of secondary school physical education teachers,including 5 first-level indicators,24 second-level indicators and 92 third-level indicators;(3)In this study,the evaluation subjects consistent with the evaluation index system were established through the Delphi method,and the weight of each evaluation subject was calculated in detail by the rank sum algorithm,and based on the opinions provided by experts,the health literacy evaluation standard of secondary school physical education teachers with the participation of multiple evaluation subjects was designed.(4)This study combines the needs of actual evaluation activities to provide evaluators with a method for collecting and processing evaluation information.The weighted summation method is used to process evaluation information,and corresponding calculation formulas are provided in the study to ensure the accuracy of evaluation results.At the same time,in order to test the consistency of the scoring opinions of different evaluators,a consistency test method is proposed to further ensure the reliability of the evaluation results. |
