Vigorously developing secondary vocational education is an important measure for the country to promote rapid economic development.The goal of secondary vocational education is to cultivate high-quality skilled talents for social development.In addition to mastering professional knowledge,the trained students also need to master corresponding vocational skills of professional teachers.Building a “double-qualified teacher” teaching team is an important means to improve the quality of talent in secondary vocational school and promote the development of secondary vocational education.Based on the course of “Tour Guide Practice” in the secondary vocational school,this paper uses literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods and other research methods to study the construction of “double-qualified teacher” teachers in secondary vocational schools.The study found that at present,there are still problems such as unreasonable structure of “double-qualified teacher” teachers,low professional quality of “double-qualified teacher” teachers,and imperfect construction system of“double-qualified teacher” teachers in the construction of “double-qualified teacher”teachers in secondary vocational school,which seriously restricts the construction and development of “double-qualified teacher”teachers in secondary vocational school.In view of the above problems,solutions are put forward from the perspective of the government,society,schools and teachers.From the perspective of the government,it should establish a unified standard for the identification of “double-qualified teacher”teacher and improve the pre-service and post-service training model for“double-qualified teacher” teachers.From a social perspective,it should strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises,increase the proportion of part-time teachers in enterprises,and improve the recognition of secondary vocational education.From the perspective of schools,the introduction channels for professional teachers should be broadened.Taoist and standardize the management of“double-qualified teacher” teachers and improve the pertinence of training activities.From the perspective of teachers,teachers should cultivate professional development concepts,reflect on and improve personal development planing,and lifelong learning.
