Research On School Education And Management Of Primary Students From Single-parent Families

With the social and economic development,great changes have taken place in people’s family values and marriage values.The change of the family values and marriage values leads to the instability and even the breakdown of family structure.Coupled with the impact of objective factors such as diseases and accidents,the number of single-parent families is increasing,and the ratio of single-parent families in schools is increasing year by year.Due to the lack of paternal or maternal love,the family education function is unsound.In addition,the material and spiritual pressure brought by the change of family environment causes problems in psychology,behavior,academic development and social development of students from single-parent families,which results in single-parent family student education management into a dilemma.The primary school stage is the critical period for students’ physical and mental development.The educational management of single-parent pupils should draw special attention from schools,families and society.In this paper,73 out of more than 400 students from grade 3 to grade 6 in W primary school are selected as the main research objects,with questionnaire survey as the main method,supplemented by interview,to study the current situation of education management of single-parent pupils.Summarize the problems existing in the management of single-parent families in case school,and analyze the reasons from the family,school and community,and then put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems,which aims to improve the quality and level of single-parent family education management,promote students’ physical and mental health,and promote family harmony and social harmony and stability.
