With the continuous improvement of the economic level,the high-quality living standard makes people’s physical health show a downward trend.The physical health of the students is worrying.The primary school stage is a critical period for the development of students’ physical fitness.It is particularly important to seek physical exercise programs that are in line with the physical and mental development of primary students to enhance their physical health.Rope skipping is a new sports item,which has the characteristics of entertainment,appreciation,and fitness.It is beneficial to the physical and mental health of students and is widely promoted in primary and secondary schools.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the effect of synchronized rope skipping on the physical fitness of primary school students.This article adopts research methods such as literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,etc.Students from one class were randomly selected from the fourth grade of the complete primary school in Shiwan Town,Hengdong County as the experimental group,and students from the third class as the control group Conduct a 12-week experiment.The experimental group used trick rope skipping teaching intervention,and the control group used conventional physical education teaching intervention.Compare the effects of trick rope skipping intervention and conventional sports intervention on students’ various physical qualities.Concluded as follow:1.In the experimental group,after 12 weeks of teaching intervention in rope skipping,there were significant differences in the speed,strength,endurance,and agility of the students,but there was no significant difference in flexibility.2.After 12 weeks of regular physical education teaching intervention in the control group,the speed quality and endurance quality of the students improved significantly,and there was no significant difference in strength quality,flexibility quality and sensitivity quality.3.After a 12-week teaching experiment,comparing the results of various physical fitness tests between the experimental group and the control group,the improvement of the physical fitness of the experimental group students was greater than that of the control group,indicating that the synchronized rope skipping exercise can improve the students’ body faster than the conventional physical education activities quality.4.After a 12-week teaching experiment,the experimental group’s students’ cognition and love for synchronized rope skipping have improved,and they hold a positive attitude towards the synchronized rope skipping teaching experiment. |
