The Report Of Agriculture Scientific Elitists’ Service In A City

As the major strategy introduced by the Communist Party of China at the 19 th National Congress,the rural revitalization strategy is the major direction indicator of Agriculture,Rural Areas and Farmers in the New Era,and it provides important support of the development of the rural career.On the way to achieving the rural revitalization,human resources are indispensable,and agriculture scientific elitist is the major strength to boost the development of modern agriculture.Therefore,to research the service effectiveness of agriculture scientific elitists has realistic significance to improve their overall service ability.This paper carries out empirical analysis on the service effectiveness of agriculture scientific elitists by taking litchi industry in B Town of A City as a concrete case.According to access to information and field study,this paper insights into the service of agriculture scientific elitists in A City.Furthermore,this paper also arranges and analyzes the collected data by questionnaires,descriptive analysis,the analysis of universalization rate and responsibility,factor analysis,multivariable linear regression model and other analyzing ways.On the basis of descriptive analysis and the analysis of universalization rate and responsibility,there are problems like the rural households with low educational level and old age,the rural households having traditional and single ways to get service information,low frequency of service of scientific elitists,the service form not completely meeting the demand of standard farmers,relying mainly on local agriculture scientific elitists to provide services to farmers and so on.To access the service effect of agriculture scientific elitists,we should not only focus on the process but also the result.With many dimensions in the process and the result,the access is very complicated.To get more simple,convenient,rapid and effective access,this paper uses factor analysis to simplify 19 variables which are relevant with the service effect and consequently obtain four common factors: changes in output of lichi,in market environment,in behaviors of farmers and in service effectiveness.And then this paper regards the changes in the output of litchi,in market environment and in behaviors of farmers as independent variable to the service effectiveness as dependent variable to carry out multivariable linear regression model.According to analyze effectiveness and factor,we reach that the major aspects of accessing the service effectiveness of agriculture scientific elitists is recognition of service effectiveness.In the meantime,we should also properly consider the changes in the output of litchi and in market environment.All of the above,we can promote the service effectiveness of agriculture scientific elitists by establishing the performance appraisal mechanism of service effect evaluation,encouraging agriculture scientific elitists to bring service effectiveness into play,insisting on the diversification of service subject,strengthening the linkage of agriculture scientific elitists,forming the orientation of farmers demand,giving full play to the role of the Internet and broaden the ways for obtaining information,improving farmers’ agriculture scientific quality,strengthening the cultivation of knowledge-based farmers and so on.
