The key to improve the competitiveness of the company is to have high quality employees.The improvement of the comprehensive quality of employees can be achieved through systematic training of employees,and through the improvement of the comprehensive quality of employees and thus improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Yongtai Zhongbao was established in 2016,after 5 years of development and growth,has developed into a personnel outsourcing,labor dispatch,as one of the small and medium-sized private enterprises.Due to the expansion of the company in recent years,training is needed to improve the work quality of the organization’s employees and increase the company’s competitiveness.However,Yongtai Zhongbao’s management activities in the staff training system lacked systematization and the staff training system was incomplete,resulting in Yongtai Zhongbao’s overall training level was not high,the training effect was difficult to achieve,and the training objectives were difficult to achieve.If Yongtai Zhongbao wants to improve the company’s competitiveness in the industry and enhance the effectiveness of training,it needs to provide systematic and complete training for its employees.Based on classified research in domestic and international literature,this paper mainly uses questionnaire survey method,and literature research method to analyze and study the shortcomings of Yongtai Zhongbao Company in the current situation of training needs,training content,training implementation,and training effect evaluation according to the reality of Yongtai Zhongbao Company.The training needs of Yongtai Zhongbao Company were analyzed using training needs analysis,and four aspects of training needs analysis,training plan development,training implementation,training content,and training effect evaluation were optimized.The training results are evaluated using the Koch model in order to assess and evaluate the training results.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of training management activities,safeguards are designed to provide a strong guarantee for the smooth implementation of Yongtai Zhongbao’s employee training mention management activities.
