With the rapid development of the domestic economy and the improving living standards of the national,the concept of consumption has shifted from the material level to the cultural level,and the enthusiasm for investment in children’s education has increased,and the K12 extracurricular training industry has been booming.In 2020,the sudden arrival of the epidemic has changed the pattern of many industries,and the education and training industry is no exception.The online education model,which has been brewing for a long time in the Internet age,has taken advantage of the barbaric growth and reconstructed the distribution of education and training market share and the original industry structure.RY Training School is a private training company that focuses on K12 offline education.After more than ten years of development,it currently occupies the first place in Tianjin’s personalized education market.Under today’s fierce market competition,employee turnover rate is increasing,and the labor cost keeps rising.The cultivation and development of human resources for enterprises is particularly important.As the middle and senior level of the enterprise,it is necessary to constantly consider how to improve the talent structure,build a high-quality staff team,improve organizational efficiency,and enhance the competitiveness of the brand industry.This article takes the training work of RY training school as the research object,uses the relevant training theory of human resources,and analyzes the corporate organizational structure,the current human resources status and the current employee training system on the basis of understanding the current situation of the industry.Staff evaluation and feedback on training projects,and data analysis.After the integration,the training system was discussed from three levels: organization system,curriculum system,and process system,and some shortcomings were found in the implementation of each level.Based on this recognition,the author reorganized the training organization structure through literature and information review;improved the course content and curriculum format according to industry characteristics and related job competency models;followed the principle of training system optimization and used Goldstein’s three-element demand analysis model and Koch’s four-level evaluation standard framework to optimize the design of the process system.At the same time,based on the transformation theory of training results,the strategy guarantee for the implementation of the training system is proposed.Education and training enterprises are human-intensive organizations,and the training of talents should be raised to the height of corporate strategy.The optimized RY training school employee training system is more in line with the characteristics of the industry,starting from the perspective of science and practicability,with a view to optimizing the comprehensive quality level of the company’s employees by improving the system.The important point of K12 education is not only in further education,but also in shaping the values of students at this stage.A high-quality education staff team is of far-reaching significance to all students served.
