| School-based teaching research is a teaching research activity based on the characteristics of the school itself,taking the actual problems in the school as the research content,and promoting the healthy development of students and the professional development of teachers as the research purpose.The Action Plan for the Development and Improvement of Special Education in the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" proposes to further improve the professional level of special education teachers and comprehensively improve the quality of special education.The school-based teaching research in schools for the deaf has important practical significance for the professional development of teachers and the education and teaching of schools.It is an important way to improve the teaching mode and improve the teaching quality in the classroom of schools for the deaf.High-quality school-based teaching research in schools for the deaf not only provides a new direction for classroom teaching research in schools,but also provides strong theoretical support for the development of school-based curriculum related to schools for the deaf,thus further promoting the development of education and teaching reform in schools for the deaf.This study adopts the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview to investigate the current situation of teaching and research in deaf schools,analyze the existing problems and causes,and put forward relevant countermeasures.Through the research,it is found that the current situation of school-based teaching and research in deaf schools is as follows: it is difficult for teachers in deaf schools to participate in school-based teaching and research activities,the existing problems in school-based teaching and research activities in deaf schools need to be strengthened,the current lack of external support,the curriculum resources in deaf schools need to be further improved,and the teaching and research methods in deaf schools need to be further improved.Based on the results of questionnaire and interview,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.The overall status quo of deaf school-based teaching and research is not optimistic2.Schools and teachers have different understanding degrees of school-based teaching research;3.The content and form of school-based teaching and research in deaf schools need to be further strengthened;4.The external support of school-based teaching and research for deaf schools has important practical significance for teachers’ professional development;5.School-based teaching and research activities have important significance in the development of professional level of deaf school teachers;In view of the above conclusions,this study puts forward the following suggestions:further strengthen the research ability of deaf school teachers,and establish teachers’ research awareness;Improve the contents and methods of school-based teaching and research;Reduce the work pressure of teachers in deaf schools,and further strengthen the professional training of new teachers;Further strengthen the school-based teaching and research incentive mechanism,and improve the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in school-based teaching and research,so as to help improve the quality of school-based teaching and research in schools for the deaf. |
