| The new college entrance examination reform has brought about a series of changes,and the construction of class culture has ushered in opportunities and challenges.Ordinary high schools in county are facing the loss of excellent students,low comprehensive quality of students,and difficulties in class management.Under the background of the new gaokao policy,we can find the class management mode,improve the comprehensive quality of students,promote the gaokao reform,build a good platform for students to show students’ personality,promote their comprehensive development,handle the new gaokao reform,and cultivate the talents of the motherland in the new era.Taking Qingyuan Yingde Y Middle School as the research object,questionnaire survey and structural interview were used to grasp the cultural construction status of county ordinary high schools from four aspects of material culture,institutional culture,spiritual culture and activity culture.The results of the problems are: material culture,lack of characteristics;system culture failed to keep pace with The Times,management means are limited;the spirit of culture,the goal oriented vague;activity culture form is single,poor educational effect.The main reason is the head teacher’s insufficient understanding of the class culture construction;the student main role is not fully played;the class system construction is not perfect;the individual spiritual needs of students are ignored;and the comprehensive evaluation is not valued.Based on this,the author chooses individual cases in the real situation for a three-month educational action study.By observing the changes of students ’performance,interviewing teachers and students and collecting relevant materials,it is found that after the implementation of class culture construction,class management has made significant progress,students’ comprehensive quality has been improved,which promoted the development of students.Therefore,the author puts forward the class culture construction strategy of county ordinary high school in accordance with the new policy of college entrance examination.In the aspect of material culture construction,arouse the students’ consciousness of participation,arrange the classroom;take the class wall as the carrier,create a unique culture;create the class personality items,form the class characteristics.In the aspect of system culture construction,enrich the restraint means,supplement the classroom system,innovate the class dry training,improve the class system.In terms of spiritual and cultural construction,establish ideal and faith,clear goals and direction;establish positive energy class style,create a good class atmosphere;pay attention to individual students,and increase the class sense of belonging.In terms of activity culture construction,enrich the theme class meeting,establish after-school activities,optimize the comprehensive evaluation,organize social practice,and promote the comprehensive development of students.Build the class culture of county ordinary high schools,improve students ’core literacy,lay the foundation for students’ comprehensive development,so as to lead students to more effectively adapt to the new college entrance examination,and better realize their self-value in the future. |
