| The sense of social responsibility refers one’s sense of responsibility and obligation to individuals or organizations.My country has always attached great importance to the cultivation of young people’s sense of social responsibility.The report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to"strengthen the education of citizens’ awareness of social responsibility." The report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to "guide the people to consciously fulfill their legal obligations,social responsibilities,and family responsibilities,create a glorious labor and create a great social atmosphere.”The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that both responsibility and honor are crucial,the fulfillment of social responsibility is regarded as a requirement of the new era,and the moral construction of citizens is promoted.Schools are the main fronts for cultivating students’ sense of social responsibility;adolescence,especially,is a critical period to strengthen their sense of social responsibility.For high school students,helping them establish a strong sense of social responsibility and develop a good moral character is not only beneficial to the development of the students themselves,but also to the development of society.Therefore,the research on the cultivation of high school students’ sense of social responsibility is of great significance.In its conclusion,this paper takes the students of six high schools in Guangdong Province as the research objects,through questionnaires and interviews,involving the four aspects of responsibility cognition,responsibility commitment initiative,responsibility commitment will and responsibility commitment action.From the perspective of these four aspects,this paper discusses the cultivation of high school students’ sense of social responsibility,analyzes the problems and causes of the current high school students’ social responsibility cultivation,and explores countermeasures to solve these problems,so as to promote the healthy development of high school students.The study found that the current schools have the following problems in cultivating high school students’ sense of social responsibility: first,the awareness of the responsible subject is not clear enough;second,the initiative to take responsibility is not enough;third,the willpower to take responsibility is relatively weak;Mobility is poor.The main causes of the problem are as follows: first,high school students do not have a clear understanding of their roles;second,most families lack social responsibility education;third,school training methods are deviated;and finally,the social training environment is not good.Optimize the path of high school students’ sense of social responsibility training: 1.Improve the training goals and enhance the sense of responsibility of high school students;2.Clarify the content of social responsibility and enhance the awareness of high school students to take the initiative;3.Use diversified methods to cultivate students’ will to sense of social responsibility 4.Strengthen social practice and enhance the action of high school students’ sense of social responsibility;5.Update family education concepts and change family education methods;6.Promote social role models and spread positive energy;7.Strengthen students’ self-education and self-management capabilities. |
