| Classes are the fundamental units of school administration,and classes are primarily where school teaching responsibilities are implemented.Class management is crucial to attaining the objective of talent development in schools.Effective classroom management may better foster students’ all-round qualities in the context of educational system reform and high-quality education in the modern day.A key tool used by educators to teach educated individuals in accordance with talent development goals is the curriculum.It may be separated into explicit curriculum and implicit curriculum based on the many ways that curriculum is expressed.The implicit curriculum has progressively attracted the attention of educators in recent years,and more and more specialists and academics are beginning to understand its significance.In this essay,we examine the countermeasures to employing resources from the hidden curriculum for classroom management.We investigate classroom management from the viewpoint of the hidden curriculum.This essay incorporates the research techniques of literature induction,questionnaire survey,interview analysis,and visit research.It follows the research idea of understanding the background of the chosen topic,clarifying the direction of the topic,implementing the survey and interview,analyzing the existing problems,and proposing countermeasures and suggestions.The research focuses on four aspects,such as material conditions,institutional management,teachers and students,and spiritual culture,among others,by exploring the functions of the hidden curriculum and analyzing classroom management problems.Finally,the moral education role of the hidden curriculum in classroom management is brought into play by combining the characteristics of the hidden curriculum indirectly acting on people,from creating a unique material culture,building a scientific and democratic institutional culture,establishing a good model of co-management between teachers and students,and creating a moral education model.Finally,we propose actionable countermeasures and suggestions to provide some reference value for classroom management by establishing a unique material culture,a scientific and democratic institutional culture,a good teacher-student co-management model,and a positive and harmonious spiritual culture. |
