| As an extension of classroom teaching,homework is an important part of teaching.Improving the level of homework management plays an important role in improving the teaching quality.After the release of the "Double Reduction" policy,domestic scholars began to study the homework management of primary and secondary schools under the "Double Reduction" background.After consulting the literature,it was found that there were few studies related to the homework management of junior high school students.Therefore,this study will study the effectiveness and problems of the work management of junior high school students based on the "Double Reduction" policy background.This study selected six junior high schools in Lin Xiang City as the main survey objects,conducted a questionnaire survey on some of their students,and conducted field interviews with some students,teachers and school leaders,so as to explore the status,effectiveness and problems of junior high school students’ homework management under the background of "Double Reduction",analyze the causes of the problems,and put forward optimization strategies.Through questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that under the background of "Double Reduction",the homework management of junior high school students in Lin Xiang has achieved certain results,which is generally at the medium level: first,the homework burden of students has been reduced;Second,teachers’ job responsibilities have been strengthened;Third,parents’ educational burden has been reduced.At present,there are still many problems: teachers and students’ functional positioning of homework is not accurate enough;Students’ ability to deal with homework emotion and distraction is not enough;The quality of operation contents needs to be improved;The pertinence of job design needs to be strengthened.There are three main reasons for these problems: students,teachers and schools.Students: first,they did not establish academic achievement goals;second,they did not establish correct job cognition;third,they lacked emotion and distraction control methods;Teachers: first,they stick to the traditional values of homework;second,they do not consider the needs of students in homework design;third,they do not have enough ability in homework design;Schools: first,the supervision of operation quality is not enough;second,the training of operation design ability is missing;third,the evaluation of operation management is single.To solve the above problems,we can optimize them from the following three aspects: first,students should formulate reasonable academic goals,establish correct homework cognition,and master scientific management methods.Second,teachers should change the traditional values of homework,set the content according to students’ needs,and improve the ability of homework design.Thirdly,schools should strengthen the supervision of homework quality,strengthen the guidance of homework design,and diversify homework evaluation standards. |
