Under the background of the new curriculum reform,teachers should pay attention to the construction of class teaching while paying attention to the construction of class culture.Junior high school students are in the critical period of the formation of life values,and need a good environment to give correct guidance.Therefore,junior high school teachers,especially the class teachers,should actively improve the class culture construction of the class,provide students with a good learning and growth environment,and care for the active and healthy growth of students.This study using questionnaire,interview,observation of Huizhou X middle school class culture construction,Guangdong province,analysis of junior high school class culture construction,classmanagement democratic management,the difference of different grade class culture construction,parents influence on class culture construction of significant reality,and found that class activities ignored the student personality development,too much attention to students learning management and intellectual development,class culture construction is a mere formality and lack of connotation,class culture construction is too dependent on the teacher in class.The main causes of these problems lie in the insufficient individual consciousness of the school and teachers,the influence of the utilitarian thought of education,the lack of innovation of teachers and students in the construction of class culture,and the absence of family education in the construction of class culture.In analysis of the above problems,the following strategies to optimize the class culture construction: respect the individual characteristics of students,play the main role of students,establish a positive public opinion orientation,create a reasonable evaluation mechanism,create multi-timely environment,organize rich multi-dimensional activities;use multi-dimensional resources to jointly optimize the education environment.
