Research On Construction Of Class Culture In The Freshman Class Of Urban Junior High School

In recent years,under the leadership of the Party and the state,more and more attention has been paid to moral education in primary and secondary schools in China.In order to meet the needs of the reform and development of moral education in primary and secondary schools,the Ministry of Education has formulated the Guide to moral education in primary and secondary schools,which clearly points out that one of the important ways to achieve the goal of moral education is cultural education.Cultural education advocates that schools need to carry out school culture construction activities according to their own school idea,according to local conditions,to create a beautiful environment,good order and positive school culture,so as to turn the school into a good place for educating people.And class is not only an important place for each student to study and live,but also the most basic organizational unit that constitutes the school.Class culture is an important aspect of campus culture.Only by creating a positive class culture first can we form a positive campus culture.Only the class becomes the place to teach people,the campus can become the place to educate people.Therefore,studying the construction of class culture and improving the level of class culture plays an important role in responding to the call of cultural education and the development of ethical education.In addition,because the fundamental task of education is to cultivate people,to cultivate people with personality,thought and emotion.The new curriculum reform also emphasizes that education should face every student with a unique personality,and education should promote the development of each student's personality.Therefore,the head teacher needs to change the way of cultivating people in the past examination-oriented education,which is based on indoctrination of knowledge,and use his noble character,emotion and thought to edify,influence and enlighten students.Through the construction of class culture,the class can be converted into a fertile soil for the healthy growth of students.However,from the current academic research results,scholars have a lot of research on class culture,but less research on class culture construction,and more from the macro level,research is not deep enough,less class culture construction and practice combined research,more on class culture construction theory research.Urban junior high school students from primary school to junior high school,mental immature and retain the characteristics of primary school students,from the physical and mental aspects can't quickly adapt to the study life of junior high school,teacher need to help them adapt to the study life of junior high school as soon as possible through class culture construction,and promote their physical and mental health development.Therefore,based on humanism theory,constructivism theory and Gardner's meta-intelligence theory,this study makes a questionnaire survey on the present situation of construction of class culture in L junior middle school freshmen class by designing the questionnaire of urban junior middle school freshmen's class culture construction.There are two problems in the construction of material culture in the urban junior middle school freshmen's class: the content of wall culture is single,and the class items lack of beautification;There are four problems in the construction of spiritual culture: the goal is not clear,the positive class style is not formed,the class interpersonal disagreement,the spiritual culture construction activity is formalized;there are three problems in the construction of system culture: the class rules and regulations are not perfect,the class cadre system is unreasonable,and the students' self-management ability is ignored.In the urban junior middle school freshmen class culture construction problems in-depth induction,and combined with the results of the interview survey analysis,the author thinks that the main reasons for these problems are: the impact of the school idea,the class teacher's understanding of class culture construction deviation,lacking of cultural literacy of students.Finally,according to the problems existing in the construction of urban junior middle school freshmen' class culture and the particularity of junior high school freshmen' class culture construction,combining with the actual situation of urban junior high school freshmen and the advantages of urban junior high school software and hardware resources,the author puts forward the strategy of material culture: to create familiar wall culture and make freshmen "feel at their home ";to beautify class items and make freshmen fall in love with " new home ".The strategy of spiritual culture: using military training to let freshmen set up class goal consciousness;grasping the generation period of class style and setting up new class style orientation;establishing harmonious interpersonal relationship and building harmonious new class;using cultural resources to carry out spiritual and cultural construction activities to guide freshmen into new class.The strategy of system culture: through introspection of bad behavior in primary school,guide freshmen to make new class rules and regulations;build class cadre team quickly,form the core strength of new class;cultivate freshmen' self-management ability,let freshmen "be masters of their own affairs ".The author hopes to enrich the research results of class culture construction through the investigation and research on the class culture construction of urban junior high school freshmen,and provide some reference for the cultural construction of urban junior high school freshmen class.At the same time,to create a good class culture environment for the urban junior high school freshmen,so that the freshmen in the process of class culture construction consciously or unconsciously by the subtle positive influence,so as to promote their physical and mental health development.
